A surprise ”
When we first arrived at the Palawan Uno Hotel it was a bit hectic, lots of people around the front door, vehicles moving around in a busy small car park and a very busily decorated over furnished foyer. The room was fine, no view but everything worked and it was clean and well presented. The hotel was rich in interesting collectibles. There was a nice and good quality café open long hours right across from the entrance and some impressive looking health and massage spas directly across from the entrance and then, tucked in to a surprise courtyard, there was very nice pool and up a flight of stairs there is an open air , character filled restaurant for breakfast and other meals. The overall package is fun and interesting. What really impressed me though were the wonderful young women on the front desk. I had issues with trying to print tickets to show at the airport to be allowed in the next day through the first layer of security. This was not really the Hotel Staff's problem but the Boarding passes were hard to get from my phone and hard to print. It took them quite a lot of time and three of them worked quite hard to help us and they were pretty sharp about how they did it. They were so helpful and so kind and I really was impressed with their character and attitude. Well done to them and to the Uno Hotel.

Amazingly understanding and the hotel is awesome”
I had to book for a 2night stay in puerto prinsesa on december 30-jan1,2020 but on the way to our flight from clark to pps the tour operator called and told me that there would be changes in our itinerary, and asked if we can do our tour, on the 31st , I asked the hotel if I can transfer my 1night stay on from dec 31-january 1 to January 2-3,2020... intime for our flight back, I am not expecting them to agree but in my suprise they agreed and we are very happy about it... our tour was not what we expected actually since its like “nagsayang lang kami ng perA” yet this hotel was so amazing, we should have had our staycation here, the reataurant serves very delicious food and the pool is very clean..

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED”
The staff are really helpful. They give us free airport transfer and was able to connect us with their driver, Kuya Christian, who is really the best! He drove us to Honday Bay and gave us a trip to Talaudyong beach which is really awesome (he even cooked crabs for us!) They also serve breakfast at 6am which is a good time for breakfast because our booked tours always starts at 7am. The hotel’s location is also an advantage because it allows you to roam around the city by jeepney! :) GOOD VALUE, GOOD LOCATION, AND GOOD BREAKFAST!

Awesome and beautiful place to stay in Palawan ”
we would like to thank all the staffs in Palawan Uno who made our honeymoon extra special. They have set up our room extra special to welcome us on our honeymoon. Cakes, ballons and warm greetings from the Staffs were truly appreciated. Rooms were huge and clean. truly worth the price. we must say that this is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy puerto princesa since it is located at the center of the city. We shall come back soon. Reasonable price and great service”
We visted Palawan Uno Hotel last May 30-June 2. Value for money: affordable rates. We even had an room upgrade since it was my niece’s bday. Location: Very accessible to everywhere. Just 5minutes from the airport. The hotel was slightly away from the street so it was quiet and very peaceful even even at night. Cleanliness: superb. 10/10 Staff: they were very warm and accomodating especially Ms. mai from the reception area. Facilities: superb! Big rooms and cool Ac. The pool was also a plus! Room for improvement: they were folding beds near the corridor which i thought was an eyesore. The brekfast was just ok. Nothing spectacular. Overall it was a great experience. 9/10

Very close to the airport. Has a large swimming pool. They even have room service at no extra cost with a large menu to choose from. The room was very clean and modern. We had to catch an early flight and would be too early to get their breakfast but alas they made us to breakfast boxes for us to take along at 5am. There is also a gift store out front.

Excellent customer service”
We travelled as a family with my husband, 1 kid, my sister, and 2 elderly persons. One of the elderly is a PWD and the other a senior citizen. We booked 2 standard rooms. I gave them high rating for great customer service. They accommodated our requests and promptly responded to our every needs. They have staff who is also trained in first aid. The buffet brekfast was okay. We also tried their regular menu which we think were in large servings. We tried their spa as well. They have swimming pool but have not tried it. Great experience.

Great Accommodation and exceptional staff”
There are no cons but all pro's towards my accommodation but I won't be back to Palawan as its just a money making lurk for the tourist industry and their so called professional certified staff. I was overcharged for basic services and even had to pay an additional "hidden fee" for sitting down on a table to eat my prepaid meal. OMG I hate dishonest people and being taken advantage of because of the colour of my skin. I am an easy going Australian and was repaired to 'Fist on' with the scumbag locals. I will not be back and will be telling my colleagues and friends all about my troublesome experiences but the UNO HOTEL was just wonderful.

We check in from April 17-20, 2019, our overall stay was satisfying, excellent and had a great experience. Breakfast is good. Location is very near to the airport and very accessible. Airport transfer to and fro is covered. Pool is clean. Toiletries and towels-well served. Keep it up!

Great location on the highway, was very convenient for tours and roaming around the city. Breakfast buffet was small, but included with the room. Bed was very comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed for 3 days in this hotel. They did a birthday surprise decorations in our room for my son which we enjoyed so much. Appreciate the cake! I can’t think any negative points. The aircond is cold. Water pressure is good. Location is nearby to what we need. Maybe a was expecting a bigger room because its a little bit small. They also have wide selections of breakfast. It’s value for money!

This place is very nice. Very elegant feeling once you go inside. The staff are very curtious and accomodating. The price is very competitive and very reasonable. The location is also very good near both Robinsons and SM malls and many more things around. Wifi is also good here as I have to work which requires me to utilize wifi.

The location of the hotel is perfect! I love staying here, they got fresh linens everyday. I really appreciate the clean towels everyday. The room is really spacious, and the swimming pool area is kid friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

its just located opposite to city colesium building. its almost in centre for almost all attractions. the service by reception is quite good and breakfast was good too according to price. the housekeeping personnel also gave great service when needed. would surely recommend to stay as have free airport pick up and drop too..

Convenient location”
Stayed one night as I had to catch an early flight to Manila from Puerto Princessa airport. Clean, spacious room with AC. Walked down the street to get food - lots of close by options. I had an early flight the next morning so the driver for the free shuttle came in half an hour earlier than his shift start time to ensure I got to the airport on time.
