One of the best hotels we have stayed, beds were amazing, hotel facilities great (small gym though but everything you need is there), staff were super, food incredible and lots of options to choose from, the square in front of the hotel is the best we have seen in all of Sardinia.

Perfect hotel to stay in Cagliari”
We have stayed 7 nights in this hotel. Really friendly staff, clean nice rooms, beautiful square inside hotel. However, sad, that you need to pay for sauna and swimming, what is not a case in other hotels of this level. You just need to create a reservation system to avoid having a lot of people in swimming pool and sauna, but Not to take additional money for use that. Breakfast is every day the same and quit limited choice compare to other hotels in Europe. For the rest everything is really good, enjoyed our experience there.

They wants to fool the guest. I booked a deluxe family room and the classic room gives me that and it was so small. I complained about it and then I just heard my excuses. If people have no idea and are here for the first time, then that is full of shit. It is very noisy at night. They work at night and all day, it is very loud. We can’t sleep. The soundproofing of the room is very bad. I even only hear when the walk in the room or only when the movement and also when people speak normally. The service in the Bar/Res. and from the reception is very bad and slow and it doesn't matter if you complain or just answer with (I don't know)

L' htl è molto bello, nuovo e curato. Si trova all'interno di una corte molto carina, la location è davvero bella. Camera elegante, riscaldata e letto molto comodo. Ci è stato fatto un up grade con una camera di livello superiore. Aspetti negativi le finestre e le porte non permettono una buona insonorizzazione, la camera dava sulla strada per cui c'era chiasso. Seconda cosa, la colazione assolutamente non all'altezza di un cinque stelle, mi sarei aspettata molta più cura e qualità delle materie prime: i dolci (torta alla carota, crostata e torta di mele e mandorle) non erano fatti in casa, idem per la pasticceria, croissant industriali; non c'erano estratti di frutta né spremute, i succhi di frutta erano tutti confezionati e non di marca., Confetture monoporzione industriali, nessun prodotto tipico del territorio (pane, ricotta, salumi tipici). Peccato! Per il resto, personale gentile, professionale e preparato. Un bell' hotel che consiglierei x un weekend nella bellissima città di Cagliari.

Struttura molto bella, funzionale e ben curata. Personale molto accogliente e preparato, sin dall'arrivo è stato premuroso e professionale fornendoci l'elenco di tutti i servizi a disposizione. Colazione ottima con scelta di dolce e salato. Posizione abbastanza centrale, con parcheggio auto privato. Stanza molto accogliente, grande e pulita con tutti gli accessori necessari. Nella piazzetta interna da non perdere una visita all'Osteria del Forte ed alla pizzeria Maiori entrambe di qualità super.
