I may be wrong, but I believe this property is in the midst of renovation for a new owner. As such, things are in flux. Our room was nice enough looking but several things didn’t work property. However on the positive side, it was very clean and the beds comfortable.

Very clean, comfy beds and pillows. Nice breakfast buffet, (but would have liked bacon as an option at least 1 day) Room showed some wear and tear, but reasonable considering how some folks treat property. There were 2 slight downsides though. There should be a floor for adults, no kids. And the sliding patio doors a little more sound proof. The kids next to us were pretty well behaved, but could hear them on occasion early morn. And the other neighbor liked to use his cell phone on the patio, which radiated into our room. There is no partition between patios in some rooms (ours). Otherwise a very pleasant stay, and when we turned on the "fan only" setting on the A/C, we could no longer hear either children or gabby neighbor. A good choice for our stay.

Terrible facilities and customer services”
I never right reviews, but this one needs to be here, the hotel isExtremely dirty, pool not heated, terrible location (neighborhood), the pictures on the website mislead you, and will make you think that is a good hotel, but the hotel inside is really different from the pictures, don’t fall for good deals on this property, the carpet was extremely dirty on all hotel, elevator old and dirt , leaking ceiling at reception, and staff not friendly. As soon as we arrived we requested a cancelation, but Agoda is terrible with CS as well, and did no help in absolutely anything on my requests, will never use agoda again. Extremely disappointed with everything.

My stay was on New Year’s Eve 2022. The hotel has plenty of parking in its gated community. The staff are friendly but they seem to hit a checklist of things to say for each customer. The walls are thin and not soundproof. I could clearly hear people walking in the hallways and one of my neighbors was talking on the phone at 1am. The hotel also two small roaches. It’s not a bad hotel, the rooms looked clean but if you’re a light sleeper expect to hear kids running down the hall.

I was pleasantly surprised how great this hotel is. Very beautiful looking. Very nice and clean room and wonderful breakfast! Courteous staff . All of this at a great price! I'll definitely book this hotel next time I visit the area! I really enjoyed the stay here!!

I’ve posted videos along with photos on my Google review with the Hotel. Check-in was pleasant. Everything after, you get what you pay for. Don’t allow them to put you in room 530 as it’s big infested not into 407 as the door lock DOES NOT work. You get what you pay for. Lobby and exterior was marvelous compared to the actual stay.
