Almost perfect, only downside is I believe it's a hassle to wake the staff up in the middle of the night whenever we need to go outside since they do not have a 24/7 reception. But all in all, I love how peaceful the place is, the cleanliness and of course, the value for money. I'm a regular customer and I highly recommend the place and this surely will not be my last stay here.

Got to know more staff, who have been very helpful just like the first time. Especially when I was about to checkout on the 11th hour and they promptly fixed the sudden water leak that reached my doorstep. I have plans to stay here again for the third and fourth time as I am very satisfied just like the first time.

I just love the secluded location here and it's so conveniently near Evia, 30 minutes by foot. There are also tricycles with the special fare of P80 and I was surprised that there's a van terminal right in front of it if you want to go to South Station in Alabang for P45. Walking along Tunasan's lush greens in the early morning is such a relaxing thing to do. The staff, though most of the time is just alone, is very hands-on and caring. Too bad I had to cancel my second booking but I really want to come back here! 😩 It always offers a great value for money 👌 👍 so please make sure to book early, at least a few days in advance to take advantage of Agoda's offers! 😀

I like this guesthouse as its secluded. and this is really important esp during this pandemic. as it's a bit far, its better to bring all the food that you need. pros: worth the value, nice parking, nice staff cons: please provide thicker curtains so it may block the sunlight. you can hear the furniture moving around :( when we stayed there, it was 10pm and the room from 3rd floor keeps on moving their furnitures.

I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights just to reflect and have a me time. Nung una, akala ko sobrang liblib ng lugar. Pero kumpleto yung community ng location. Malapit to sa isa sa napakagandang Mall sa Alabang. Marami ring kainan at mga talyer. Malapit din sa sakayan ng mga tricycles ang Palines. As for the accommodation, may aircon at free parking! Mabait yung staff. Simple lang ang rooms at facilities. Oo, walang pool o mga mala-hotel na vibes kasi guest house siya. Sulit na sulit ang bayad! Will definitely go back again. I asked for their number so I can book my same room as before.

If you are looking for a short stay, this is highly recommendable. Clean space, though the standard room is no heater, water is not that cold to take a shower. They automatically give 2 free bottled water. Just buy your food before going to the apartment since food panda delivery is not available on this area.
