Palm beach is a beautiful location. Our room was perfect which actually was why we extended our stay here. The pool and scenery are top notch. The restaurant ambience is great with the outdoor covered patio that allows you to enjoy the scenery. Our only negative comment is that the buffet breakfast was not hot. We found cold buffet breakfasts to be the norm in Malaysia. As a Canadian this is not acceptable for both food hygiene or enjoyment. Al a carte meals ordered in the evening were often not as hot as we would like. The free shuttle to town or airport is a very nice compromise to Palm Beach's somewhat remote location from Victoria. The shuttle was also flexible to drop us off at any location we asked for. We rate the shuttle service as an excellent perk. You can enjoy the quiet natural setting and have city access for free! The staff at Palm Beach were great to us. They are so welcoming, we felt at home here during our entire stay. Food prices in the restaurant were very economical and the food was good. The pool at Palm Beach is huge and well maintained with an exceptional view of the ocean and beach. During the rainy season the ocean was rough and we only dipped our toes into the warm sea water which made us appreciate the pool even more! We will definitely try to return to the Palm Beach Resort and Spa in the future.

Great place for weekend gateaway”
We had a great time. From arrival till check out. The staff being kind and helpful for our needs. Room is really spacious and comfortable. We had a really good rest. Eventhough the crowd is big, the staff being really profesional handling with customer that already waited for quite some time. The food is great. Especially the butter chicken with rice. Try it. The view is very scenery. Felt calm and peace walking around. We are very lucky the time we went the weather being kind to us that we manage to do a few things. The next day is rainy and windy. Will surely come again when had the opprtunity. Thumbs up to Palm Beach Resort Labuan 😍👍

We checked in for the garden view room. The room is veryyyyy spacious. Got bath tub some more. Hair dryer is there. We tried the room service for the food, all are so tasty! We love the pizza so much as we know it was cooked in a traditional wood stove. The pool for swimming is good too. Got nearby goal post for the futsal. Got net for volleyball. Nearby long beach. Got joy ride horse riding and I enrolled into beginner horse riding class too! Since I’m a platinum member, I’m able to save about rm50! I’m so happy

Location front beach and big pool”
The location 10-15 minutes to the town. The environment and vibe of the resort good. We arrive with welcome drink. The room big but the floor a bit dusty they should provide bed slipper. The breakfast ok we love the laksa sarawak. We also having dinner at the restaurant at night due to heavy rain we decide just taking dinner here and the pizza really delicious and the western food portion also big. The pool also clean. The garden nice for photoshoot. The complaint only for Block 3 the lift quit far and we stay at level 4. The horror story guest mention before this luckily we not experience it since we can sleep well for 2 nights stay here. The environment quit spooky at night maybe due to less light at the garden area other than that we will stay here again next time.

Beautiful tropical setting”
We loved our time at Palm Beach. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean is the centre piece of this resort. The dining area consists of an indoor area as well as a huge outdoor covered terrace. The scenery is beautiful and relaxing. We stayed in a king room which was large and comfortable. We paid for the inclusive breakfast which was very nice. The staff at the hotel are friendly, accommodating and speak very good English. We would definitely come back here if we get the chance.

We stayed here several times and enjoyed the pool and the beautiful dining area. The view is great. If there was one thing that could be improved it would be the buffet food temperature is not hot enough. This seems quite common in Malaysia.

The Best Vacation Spot”
This is my second vacation here. ask for an upper room to have a view, but it's a long way to the room and the elevator also looks a bit shabby. My first review was that there was no egg stall for breakfast, but now there is, great job! Thank you. Maybe need for bicycles for leisure activities for adults and children. Overall it's a wonderful holiday to be here.

Love staying here. It's near the beach and breakfast is awesome. Bring kids here for vacation during school holidays. Worth it. Hope to stay a little longer next time. The bad part is the elevator are not working. Asking the staff it's been a month or so. Hope they fix it sooner for the convenience of everyone, guest and hotel employees to do their work

A Truly Remarkable Experience”
Chef Peter from the breakfast buffet made my 4 days stay truly unforgettable. The hospitality from Chef Peter overshadows hospitality I experienced at 5 star establishments. His Sarawak Laksa is ultimately the best. Will definitely be returning here again in the near future. Overall a great place to stay - a nice tranquil place to unwind. All staff were very welcoming and helpful.
