We stayed for 3 days and had a wonderful experience. The staff are polite, food is affordable and good and the hotel and the room is clean and remarkable classic vibe. The rooftop is a great place to unwind and chill with acoustic band playing.

Great hotel”
A very nice hotel central to everything lovely big comfortable bed nice quiet air conditioning but unfortunately the shower is cold... They have a beautiful view from flow number 7 when you eat in the restaurant bar and i also have nice live music on weekends and a small swimming pool but best of all they have a nice new gym.... So when they fix the hot water it will be a perfect hotel 😀

Good choice of accommodation if you want to stay in downtown Cebu”
The rooms were cleaned and the staff were nice and hospitable. I recommend this place if you want to. The parking was kind of a hassle since they don’t have much parking space. The set up was to leave your keys to the valet or doorman so that they can move your vehicle for you. But overall it was definitely a great stay 👍🏻

Great hotel for a pleasant stay in Cebu”
Really nice hotel just next to the famous Colon Street in Cebu. The room was very clean and we really liked the interior design of the hotel. We enjoyed every night on the rooftop terrasse drinking fresh cocktails (really reasonable prices). The staff was extremely nice and helpful. We had an issue with a cancelation one of the rooms, but the hotel manager solved the problem with great compensation. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!

Room was fab! Given that it was very cheap when we booked it. Very elegant bed, wash room and everything about the room! A total value for money! There's a valet parking although when we arrived, their on premises parking was full so we had to park on the underground parking of a hotel across them, which was a hassle. They issue corkage on food brought from outside so don't even think about ordering a Grab. Which was another thing we did not like about the experience as we were looking forward to ordering from Grab upon arrival. The painting on the hallway right across our room door was a bit creepy.

We opted to stay sa city nlng sa cebu since there was a typhoon that will hit cebu. The stay in Palm Grass was very nice. Sulit sa food. the accommodation is so classy and the staff is very entertaining and helpful. We have enjoyed our stay sa Palm Grass kahit we stayed lang sa hotel all day due to the typhoon.

It was a great stay! We stayed at the hotel for 6 days.The place was clean, the room was cozy and comfortable. There are plenty of establishments around like groceries and restaurants. The price was reasonable with free breakfast included.

Nice Hotel ”
Decided to have a shopping trip to the city from our home in Alcoy. Have stayed at various hotels over the year which I can say have not been bad. I would say the Palm Grass is my favorite. It is not your 4 or 5 star hotel for which you have to pay.This Hotel is everything you want. Value for money is superb, staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and tidy and well kept. The Bar staff are first class and cannot ask for better service. There also karaoke 🎤. Not really for me but my partner and friend enjoyed . Take my advice and try it for yourselves. I will certainly return. Thanks to all the staff for a great stay.

I was satisfied with my stay, but was a bit disappointed with the price of the drinks. I had 2 330ml flavored beers for P196.00. more expensive than other grand hotels.
