The Palm Grove Experience”
The place is affordable, just a few meters from the beach. It has its restaurant, so you won't have to eat out. Masarap at affordable din ang food. They also have ample parking space. What I appreciate most is the staff. They were friendly and helpful. I was surprised that they called me a few hours after check out because they noticed that they had overbilled us for food. They asked for my gcash and transferred it ASAP. What to improve on: there were mosquitos in our room when we entered.

We booked for 1 night but stayed for 6. After travelling for 2 months around the Philippines our stay here was exceptional. 200 meters to a magnificent white sandy beach and at the hotel the owners and staff really went out of their way to look after us, The meals were excellent especially the curries and i would not hesitate to stay again,

Pool is really a plus. Room is clean and staff are very nice. Location is just a minute to Saud Beach (a very pretty beach in Pagudpud) with a view of the windmills). Also love their dog named Lexus. ☺️ Super sulit price for a high quality service and people. 👍👍

A sweet place to stay”
Accommodating staffs, clean, cute dog Lexus, easy transaction. We went here December time and the weather wasnt inviting kaya di kami gaano nagenjoy . Sobrang rainy di kami makavisit sa beach. Hindi po sha beach front pero walking distance lang yun dagat and superrrrr gandaaaaa. As in nakakawala ng pagod. 💖 The hotel is good talaga lalo if early ka nakapagbook pwede ka pa visit sa beach, pagka kasi gumabi na di na nila sinusuggest na magvisit kasi wala streetlights. Risky. And pag night time wala na mga staff so better prep ka ng mga needs niyo like water food ganorns. Even better if maglagay sana ng water dispenser sa baba na accessible to all para pag may nauhaw hehe . Pero goods ako sa hotel talaga 🖤 Lovely stay.

Breath of fresh air”
We had a wonderful stay at Palm Grove. The owner is a fantastic host who accommodated all our requests. The staff are all pleasant and highly trained. The food is cooked fresh and is good. Rooms are good for the price and all hotel facilities are great. My partner and I have stayed in many place throughout the Philippines ranging from homestays to 5 star hotels. Palm Grove provided us some of the best service we have experienced in the country. We will be back for sure. Thanks Palm Grove.

Best bang for your buck”
I would highly recommend this place from any other hotels around the area, staff is friendly, place is nice and prices are reasonable. Rooms are comfortable. The restaurant is good that I saw people come here just to eat. I even left my earphone behind and the owner was kind enough to ship it back to me to manila and even paid for it.

Family vacation with our five year old little boy. Great little hotel. Staff was very friendly, room was clean, nice pool area, and good affordable food. Very close to beautiful beaches. Make sure you bring cash! They did not accept credit cards at the time of our stay and the nearest ATM was 30 minutes away!

Almost a week has has passed since our Ilocos trip and I still cant get over it. We miss the beach, the serenity and the great places in Pagudpud but most of all, We miss the people weve met. The people from Palm Grove Hotel where we stayed for 7 days. We were treated like family and even my kids cannot stop thinking about them until now. This is one of the best accomodations we've ever stayed and here are just a few of so many reasons: * The owners!!! They very friendly and down to earth. They are so easy to talk to and they always makes the guests feel so special. We also witnessed how good they treat all their staff. Good enough”
We booked this place as this was one of the cheapest hotel that we found in the area. Our room was a bit cramped as they placed 3 beds in it for up to 6pax, but it was not really an issue for our group. We were just concerned with the door for the CR as the gap was wide enough to still see whatever the person in the CR is doing. They have free WiFi, but it is only readily available outside the rooms (at least for our case). The mobile network signal inside our room was very weak, too. Our hotel is just a few minutes walking distance from the beach. But won't recommend doing some night swimming in the beach as it is really dark there during the night. They do have a pool though. We ordered our meals (dinner and breakfast), and charged these to our rooms to be paid during check out. They accept only cash and BDOPay for payments. Our meals were okay, albeit I find them a bit pricy considering the serving size. We had a car when we went their so I suppose having your own vehicle is the easiest way to reach this hotel or Saud beach in general. There check-out time is 11am, which was a bit a downer coz we had to leave already by that time - usual check out time for other hotel kasi is 12nn. Overall, our stay there was okay. Not the best hotel, but you are only looking for a place to sleep after exploring Pagudpud or the nearby tourist areas, this hotel will do.

It was my first time going to Ilocos Norte to meet my girlfriend. Before I arrive, I honestly kept on calling the hotel manager/owner, Ms. Marietta Bull for me to make sure that everything will be perfect when we arrive and thankfully they didn't even hesitate to just help me make our first meet to be perfect. And upon are arrival, the smiles of their (Staffs) faces welcomed us. They even helped me prepare a surprise for my girlfriend's birthday. They made me feel like I am home because they treated me and girlfriend like their family even for a short span of time. Kudos to ate dory for being so thoughtful and attentive to every service that she is doing for us most especially the food that she is cooking for us, its very delicious!. Also appreciation message to Ms.Marietta Bull, she is very kind, very humble, very simple, very hands-on to her business, I idolize you! Thank you for all, Palm grove! Everything's perfect! ❤

This place is amazing. We booked for 2021 year end. They just opened limited accomodation because they were short-staffed. But inspite of that, we were treated really well. We had a complimentary room upgrade too ❤ The owners are so hands on, they will make sure everything is taken care off. The place is a few meters away from the municipal beach (which is gorgeous and pristine, by the way). Internet might be a bit of a problem in this area. (Smart is the best option for your data provider). Hotel has wifi but it gets a little slow at times. Overall stay: 10 out of 10 ❤❤❤

The place is awesome. Room and pool are clean. The staff are friendly. We requested for a 2am checkout time and they accommodated us. Had a challenge navigating in their parking space. Mahirap pag full capacity. Beach is way distant from the hotel (2-3 min walk). Not that bad though.

It's an ideal place to stay in Pagdudpud! Just two mins walk to the beach and the place has a pool for night swimming, karaoke and mini bar. Food is good and reasonable for the price. The only thing I wish though, is they should open the gate before sunrise so you can to go to the beach or take pictures before sunrise and I wiah they can also serve breakfast earlier than 7am for customers who want to go out or swim early. 🙂

This resort has everything you need on-site and the beach is a very short walk away. There is indoor and outdoor dining, a cozy bar, two pools (adult/kiddie), and plenty of outdoor seating. Most of all the staff is very attentive and their efforts are evident throughout the rooms and grounds.
