1. Daily check-in is 2:00pm check-out time is 12:00 am. Another condition , additional room charges will be posted to guest’s bill. 2. Please pay the rent money at check in time. 3. Please Do Not make noises after 21:00. 4. Kindly present your passport with the valid entry visa for the check-in procedure. 5. Please store your valuable properties and jewelleries on your own safety box. The Apartment will not be responsible for any damage and loss of any property. 6. Do not change or move the furniture and equipment from one place to another 7. It is strictly forbidden to bring weapons, explosives, inflammable, narcotics (drug), prohibited goods and bulky assets into the apartment. 8. Gambling and prostitution within the Apartment are in violation of the Government regulations. 9. No films, video tapes, pornography, pornography, or reactionary propaganda in the villa / apartment. 10. Guests are responsible to pay for the los and breakage of any Apartment‘s property or equipment. 11. Please do not change your room or all more people in the room without prior notice to Reception. 12. Check-out time is 12h00, otherwise, you will be charged. In case of necessity, please contact Reception. 13. Prior to leaving the apartment, the guest is kindly requested to settle all bills and return keys to Reception.
