        Great choice”

        Staff was accommodating. Hotel is near to food stalls, basically situated at the middle of the the city center. Everything you may want for your immediate need like 7/11 shops, pharmacy was just walking distance. Hotel is very clean. Rooms are just enough for our family of 3 to move around. Definitely a great place to stay.

        Super clean! Delicious food pinaka natuwa kami is ay lahat ng staff ay mababait from the owner hanggang sa cleaner wala ka masasabi. My husband accidentally brought my bag with my wallet and his wallet. Nag order ako ng food and nung dunating yung delivery wala pa yung asawa ko the. The staff immediately offer na they will pay for it muna They offer help talaga sa lahat ng bagay give us discount sa zoobic :)

        We regret to have stayed and spent for this hotel. It was not worth the money. We were charged almost 5K for a night but the quality of their service was very bad. First, the receptionist wasn't trained properly with no sense of courtesy. We were just requesting for an early breakfast if possible since we plan on going to IBA for island hopping and we needed to leave early but she can't really accomodate us and the worse part was the way she answered us was she just NOT seem to care even if we leave the hotel HUNGRY. I always think that guests should be taken cared of as well. After all it was just a small request 2.) THEY CANT SERVE ANY FOOD. if you get hungry you cant order from their ROOM SERVICE but you can call for DELIVERY which they charge 100 pesos for any DELIVERY!! RIDICULOUS! 3) Their Bathroom stinks 4) The water from flushing wasnt working too well we had to call the housekeeping to fix it. Look. you have to double check your rooms before letting the guest check in.
