Worth the price”
The hotel upgraded our standard room to deluxe for free. The place is very quiet, considering there weren't many guests that time. The pools were also very clean and the room we stayed in was also clean. The walls were thick so you get that privacy inside your room. The beach itself was eh but I understand since Lapu-Lapu's beach isn't really that great and that's beyond the hotel's control. The only downside probably is their free breakfast, the food were too oily and the drinks were too sweet. Overall, my partner and I really had a great time.

Soulful ”
We wanted a quiet place with a homey feel. 'Got it right here. Truly a restful nook after a hard day's work at the city. The staff were so helpful and hospitable especially the ones at the resto. We had a good walk by the beach that low tide morning. 'Got to appreciate the sea's idyllic, soulful beauty as well. Minor letdown but didn't dampen our stay anyway, no toilet bidet. 😁 All in all, Palm Beach made our Cebu visit more relaxing.

Exceptional”
A great place for a quick get-away. The staff are very accommodating and they made sure they prepared my requests ahead of time. The food is good with generous amount of serving and the place is amazing. I wasn't able to get their names but I appreciate the staff that were there during our stay. Kudos to the guard checking our temperature and making sure we fill out the form, the front desk for the easy and fast check-in no hassle for any requests, the staff in the restaurant for making my carbonara request before I arrive, and also the housekeeping did a good job! Will come back here again but with more people.

Me and my friends loved our stay at the hotel. The suite was spacious. It has a table with 4 chairs, 2 couches, a veranda where you can see the sunrise in the morning. They have multiple pools and sea access for those wanting to swim. The staffs are very accommodating especially the ones at the cafe. The tinolang manok was superb! They deliver food in the room even your breakfast if you don't wanna eat in their resto to avoid crowd. The hotel allows food from outside or delivery since their resto closes at 2pm. There's 7eleven in front of hotel open 24hrs.

Five star hospitality”
We are very thankful for accommodating us during MECQ, we were very fortunate of their hospitality, we are the only guest during our stay but the breakfast was very good and obviously prepared with care. We'll stay again when we come back to Cebu. I will also recommend this to my friends.

Unexpectedly good!”
Since stayed on a weekday, it was surprisingly quite and peaceful. We enjoyed the whole place alone since there were no people around at that time. Although the weather was acting up, it didn't stop us from enjoying the pool. The view from our room was breathtaking. The sunrise was extremely beautiful! The breakfast was okay and the staffs were nice and accommodating. Will probably come back next time! 🥰

Great for relaxing but not as a base for touring”
From the moment you step into the lobby, you can enjoy your stay here. Everything was simple but nice. The room was a bit old but they are renovating and to be honest, it was better for me than most hotels I’ve stayed in anyway. It had a comfy lounge, an extra bed (I used as storage / sorting table haha) It has a breakfast counter, a makeshift kitchen but no microwave. The bed was comfortable. The aircon was old but you could leave it on when you went out. It worked amazing. Poolside is awesome. The four pools mean you always have a private pool, or you can just step down into the ocean. There are fish and crabs if you like nature, but you won’t notice them unless you search. Wifi was separated into room/ lobby/ restaurant/ poolside but they all worked well. The restaurant wasn’t amazing, they got my breakfast order completely wrong. Also it’s hard to find anywhere else to eat (15 minute walk to the nearest non-hotel restaurant) but that is a plaza that is being built up and a cafe there suited me. If you keep walking there is the LapuLapu monument, but nothing else to see/do in this area. The hotel does have a dartboard and pool table if that interests you. Otherwise, Enjoy the peace and quiet. There is a 7/11 across the road which was better than average (for 7/11 in Phillipines) but homeless and children do hang out there.

Overall, an affordable resort that provides good service, has the usual amenities of a resort and perfect for a quiet stay. We stayed 3 nights in this resort. It feels dated and would need renovation soon. Internet signal is strong and I was able to work the entire stay with minimal drops during zoom calls. Service is good. The security guard is helpful. Frontdesk was attentive. I am a bit disappointed though because I mentioned during checked in that I like to be assigned to a suite room at a higher floor, I got the 3rd fl instead of the 4th fl although 4th fl wasn't taken that time. Def go for 4th floor suite with ocean view. 3rd floor isn't bad but the roof is obstructing half of the view. Food, plated and buffet, are both nothing to be excited in the morning but will recommend for convenience or unless you prefer bfast at 7eleven

A good place for a short getaway”
It's a good last minute deal we got for Christmas eve. We were able to check in smoothly and the staff were very friendly and helpful. What could be improved would be the pool maintenance, I saw a lot of hair on the pool and water is densely chlorinated. The food service could be improved and so is the quality of it. Other than that we appreciate the little touch of holiday greetings, the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the room that we stayed in. The AC is working well and we had a very good night rest.
