Perfect hotel for value in Da Nang”
My wife and I stayed here for a couple nights and had a perfectly cozy experience. The staff were so courteous and helpful in arranging travel, the room was clean and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was actually quite good with lots of options. The location is great right on the river and a short taxi ride to anywhere in the city, and little things like the delightful lemongrass scent in the lobby made it that much better. I can't emphasize enough how friendly and helpful the staff were with great English and a desire to make sure all of our travel needs were being met and questions answered.

Best hotel ever in Da Nang”
I booked this hotel for a business trip it was simply brilliant. Highly recommend a stay in Palmier Hotel. Very reasonably priced, clean bedroom and a great river View from our bedroom.Good location, room was excellent, clean and beautiful.Excellent services with helpful and friendly staff, superb loves in here. The service was top notch! It's only 10 mins away from the beach. We would like to recommend this hotel and we will stay at this hotel for next trip to Da Nang.

A Pleasant Hotel ---”
Excellent location right along the Han River. A ten minute walk to Vitcom Mall which has a supermarket. A thirty minute walk to the beach. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet is excellent, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. A good value/experience for anyone visiting Da Nang!

Very Good location, walking around 5 min to vincom mall, infront hotel is beach and night market across the beach. Staff are very fluently in English and very helpful to guide us to some well known scenic spot. Breakfast also very nice, this hotel can consider as 4 star hotel. Addtional: hotel provide some tour offer ba nan hill 2 ways only cost 700k it is cheaper than grab car. Strongly recommend this hotel

Nice hotel”
This hotel is under new ownership for 6 months. The staff is hardworking and excellent in their assignments. English is spoken more than other hotels that we have stayed in. They have improved the hotel quite a bit . The ownership has requested input for more improvement areas. The buffet is good. The river view rooms can be some what noisy from the street traffic but this is not the hotels fault. I would stay here again.

I had a lovely time here. The staff us friendly and helpful and the tools are clean and comfortable. Someone earlier commented on glad bathrooms but in my room the glass was painted over sho thou couldn't see in. There was plenty of space at breakfast and an array of things to pick. Also, the list of restaurants they provide are actual local spots. I tried 3 and they were great and introduced me to the city beyond the tourist places. I recommend this place...I had a lovely stay and would definitely go back!

Affordable, Comfortable and Great service!”
We stayed 3 nights in Palmier, greeted with a complimentary welcome drinks. Easy check-in. The room was just nice for 2 pax and a great riverside city view. Breakfast at the hotel every morning was great and the menu was different every morning. Staffs were also very friendly and always try to greet and have a conversation every encounter. They also every attentive to our needs, very helpful and always smiling😁 We also try the body massage service on the last day, what a great session with only 250k VND.

We had a queen sized bed, private room on the first floor. The bed was really comfortable. There were four pillows, wood floors, and a tiled bathroom. The air conditioner worked really well. The cableTV offered continuous premier Hollywood movies 24/7. The hotel was located on the beach side of the Han River near the Han Bridge. It was down the street from the Vincom Center in Da Nang and within walking distance of restaurants and shops on the other side. During the international firework festival we were able to watch from the bridge free of charge. The highlight was Linh and Vy who were positive and helpful. Linh assisted us in booking a train from Da Nang to Hue and gave us a detailed page of information regarding our travel questions. Well written in English and super helpful! Vy always had a warm smile and was eager to talk with us, practice her English, and help us with whatever we needed. They definitely made our experience at the Palmier really enjoyable. I highly recommend!

Worth staying”
The hotel is located next to Han River, the street is quite peaceful as not so many vehicles around. As it is in the center, you can find it both easily to find local foods, as well as traveling to the beach. There is a bar very close to the hotel if you want some chilling time at night. The staff are friendly and helpful.
