Exceptional”
The location is nearby to the lake, within a few minutes walk, and the view from the room fantastics. The room is nice, clean and spacious. Their staff is very helpful and friendly at all time. The only thing is that the room sound proof is not as good, so I can easily hear people talking when they walk pass my room. So for light sleeper like me, I would recommend to choose room at the end corner. Overall it is a very good staying experience.

Room, cleanliness, service was all okay. Only con was that the hotel was a little old, and not enough plugs to charge our things. Water kettle was quite stained, but it was all good after we asked for a change. Hotel was not located in the prime area, but had a really good view of the west lake! Sunset was awesome.

Service at the top floor restaurant is HORRENDOUS! My guests and I waited over an hour to be served from a menu that was small for the holiday event. Limited menu, I had reservations, so I surprised nobody, but I was still brought the wrong food in an agonizingly slow manner. My guests and I wondered if they ordered the meals to be delivered from another country. I wouldn't go back to the restaurant if the food was free and they paid me. The room, however, is fantastic! The other staff are wonderful! AVOID THE 20th FLOOR!
