Pleasant and fun stay for couple with young children”
The room was spacious and clean. It provided lots of running space for my toddler. The play area for children is toddler friendly and my little one enjoyed the slides and ball pit. There is a variety of food during breakfast and the food tasted great. I enjoyed their egg station and porridge station very much. The location of the hotel is also very accessible to four shopping malls. It's also walkable distance from Cocomelon themed restaurant at Raffles city and bicycle rental at esplanade, so there are alot of other things to do nearby. Lastly, we are very thankful for the great service given by the staff. The room service is very prompt and the staff at the Edge restaurant were very attentive. We will definitely return to the hotel soon.

I was greeted by Abhi at the Reception. Blessed to have met Abhi. He is god sent! Abhi welcomed me with his warm hospitality and ask questions to get to know me. Upon knowing that i do not have a PP membership, he quickly signed me up. Knowing that this is my first time staying in Pan Pacific (like this is legit first time ok), Abhi upgraded me to the Panoramic Room from my Deluxe Balcony Room. Room was AMAZEBALLS!! I mean AMAZING!! Everything is just at a touch of your fingertips. Lights are accessible at the side of the bed. They have many hidden walls it's like a treasure hunt. And the blinds....speechless. You just need a remote. The view is amazing. The toilet was see through with blinds that can be accessed at the wall switch. The tv audio system can be played in the toilet as well. To cut it short, this is the best staycay i have ever been to thus far. I will definitely come back again someday or recommend it to friends here and overseas. Thank you Abhi and the staff who checked me out on 25 Dec 2019. Thank you for the "gift". Thank you Pan Pacific for the great experience and hospitality. Keep it up!

Exceptional Service by Front Office”
I was in a Long Q with a stroller, luggage and badly behaved toddler in tow. I was really feeling stressed up. Jimmy from Front Desk approached me and swiftly brought me to another check in area. Knowing the situation, he even brought a colleague, Sam who tried to befriend my 4yo. They became fast friends, holding hands and walking alongside me. Instantly, I felt a wave of relief! This is the first time I experience help outside and I greatly appreciate it! While I did my check-in, I overheard Sam negotiating with my little one that if he can get in the pram, he will get him some chocolates while Jimmy kept watch. Everything went smoothly, I even had a nice room upgrade for my toddler’s birthday! This is the most impressive service I have received from any hotel so far! Thank u Pan Pacific for going the extra mile to make my day less stressful. Having a meltdown before the day started was no joke and I’m thankful for Jimmy and Sam. They deserve a recognition award for what they have done! I will always remember these 2 names in association with Pan Pacific and the great service standard! Highly recommended hotel to stay in!

Great hotel for staycation”
The best hotel with great location because its just beside 2 shopping centres, Marina Square and Suntec city mall. Fantastic view of the city from the 29th floor of the room. Good range of breakfast during this Covid period as they offer sitting down buffet. Just use the QR code to order and the food will be delivered to your table. The only downside for me was the cleanliness of the room. Can be improved. Rating cleanliness 3.5/5 since its the pandemic period right now and cleanliness would be one of the main issues that customers might look into. Overall, great stay with friendly staff everywhere.

It was amazing!”
We had a 2 night staycation here in Pan Pacific to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary and wow it was amazing! Check-in was a breeze and the lady wished us a happy anniversary before handing out our key cards. We upgraded our room and it was the best decision ever. Eventhough we are Singaporeans, we're still amazed at the amazing, breathtaking view of the MBS, Gardens by the bay and all the amazing skylines overlooking the sea. The hotel is connected to both Suntec City and Marina Square and if that is not a convenient thing then I do not know what is! On the exact day of our honeymoon, we went out in the morning for breakfast then movies after at Suntec. We came back to our room in the afternoon and less than 5 mins that we're back, we heard the doorbell rang. Apparently one of the staff came to pass us a rectangular plate filled with 6 amazing handmade chocolate with a card wishing us on our anniversary. AMAZING! Thank you again Pan Pacific for the very top notch hospitality!

Was sceptical at first when I read all the reviews regarding the cleanliness and all but I had a lovely experience with Pan Pacific. The check in and check out process was fuss free. Booking for the breakfast was really fuss free. Didn’t get to try the pool as it was the rainy season. The room is really wonderful and very clean eventhough we didn’t get a nice view but it was alright. All the basic amenities in the room was provided. They even arranged for a slice of cake to be delivered since we are celebrating our anniversary.

Nice room, clean facilities, good food and great staff! Our room was on the 5th flr and we have a lovely view of the pool. The staff was really accommodating and friendly. We really enjoyed the stay and our baby liked the pool so much. They even gave my husband a complimentary birthday cake and free macaroons for our baby. All in all we had fun last night! Next time we will try a room on the higher floor 😁

Second stay and I still love it as much as the first time. The hotel is beautiful, the room is clean, modern and spacious. Facilities are great with easy access to the bay area and some shopping malls around the area. Best of all is the warm and attentive services provided by every single employee at the hotel. The location is great, it is beside 3 malls, mrt is just 5-10min leisure walk away. All staff were nice and accommodating. The room is big, with a nice view of the city. The loo is handicap friendly, it would be good to install a bidet. It would be nice to have an ice dispenser on every level so we do not need to trouble the staff to bring in some ice. There is room for improvement for check-in, the waiting time took almost an hour. maybe you can have a self check-in kiosk, it may reduce waiting time. Check-out was fast, just drop your key card and you're done.

Comfortable, clean, spacious room. Convenient to shop, dine and get transport. Staff at reception and Atrium is friendly and accommodating. Great view, location was good, friendly & helpful staffs. When we celebrating our anniversary they give us balcony and great view of Marina Bay and they allow us to have late check out. We really celebrating our romantic gateway at Pan Pacific!! We will definitely stay at this hotel again for our next anniversary!!! There is this front desk staff, she is Korean and another lady who welcoming us that evening when we arrives at the hotel for check in, they really very helpful and very friendly. We booked a night stay at the Pacific Club Harbour Studio and was grateful to be upgraded to Skyline Suite. We also requested for an early check-in as our 2 year old son usually has his afternoon nap at 1pm. Thankfully, they were able to accommodate us as early as 10am and our son absolutely loved the experience, together with his frequent visits to the Urban Jungle Village! The afternoon tea at the club lounge was impeccable too. Staff were all top-notch when it comes to service be it at the lounge or during breakfast at the Edge. Would definitely recommend staying at Pan Pacific Hotel.

1 of the best staycation we had. The pool facilities were great and kids friendly. The room was clean and well equipped. PAN Pacific also offered good spread for the breakfast. Plenty of parking as they are sharing the same carpark with Marina Square. Definitely worth another visit.

Facilities and room were clean. Very fortunate that we got early check in and got to enjoy the pool when we arrived. My son also liked the urban jungle adventures. Free parking too for the whole stay! Didn’t get a chance for late check out, as they were full, hopefully next time we come back.

Reception staff Abhi was a very nice person. Very helpful and also applied great customer service upon check in. Knowledgeable and very detailed. Saw him offering his previous customer a bottle of water after seeing him having an itchy throat before anything else. Kind hearted. Clean hotel and my kids love it! Although we were asked to get bucket of ice ourselves which was unexpected for this best service hotel (please have it send to the room as par to the room service please) everything else was EXCEPTIONAL. From getting greeted from the entrance and great hotel facilities and leaving the hotel. Never have we ever received such warm hospitality. It’s the little things that matter.
