great for people who like panda. panda theme, panda games. spacious with good kitchen/bath/washing machine. parking is provided free (with vouchers) 3-mins walk away. steps in apartment can be a little steep, but ok.

4人で宿泊した場合少し手狭ではありますが十分快適です。 近隣の方から苦情が多いようで、夜中の騒音や喫煙にはかなりシビアにルールがありますが、普通のモラルがあれば全く問題なしです。 お風呂も広くてゆっくり出来ました。

5歳の息子がパンタが大好きで、家族で泊まらせてもらいました。 到着するなり大喜び♪ 3人でも園児は無料対応で、大人二人分で一棟貸し切りとは、とても良心的でした。 岡山市役所前なので、バス停がすぐ近くで、本数も多く、岡山駅までの移動が楽でした（約5分。歩くと約15分） また利用させて頂きます！ ありがとうございました。

清潔でよかったけど、タオルが臭かった。 生乾き臭かな？あと、フライパンがコーティング剥がれててくっつく。包丁が全然切れない。小さいフライパンは綺麗だけどIH対応じゃないぽくて使えない。 あのお値段で清潔な部屋に泊まれたのはありがたかったのに注文多くてすいません。
