Great stop over from Boracay going to Iloilo”
I did not expect a place like this to be in Pandan. Great place/stop over coming from long drive from Caticlan en route to Iloilo. They also have a spot where you can have your massage (unfortunately the masseur was not available during our stay).

Our stay was enjoyable. The resort was nice, quiet, and close to the locals who are friendly and are ready with a "hello". It made us really feel like we're part of the town and its locals. Staying in bamboo room is a unique experience. You can feel the ambiance of being in a province. Complimentary breakfast is very fulfilling and tasty... Only a lot of mosquitoes which is not comfortable. Near to the beach so it's very relaxing.

Okay stay”
We stayed in one of the rooms with AC and shared bathroom facilities. The place is very rustic and Eco-friendly. There is no hot water. And the rooms are very modest. The staff are very friendly and upgraded us from a fan room to the AC room. Overall, the stay was okay, but we feel the website should be updated as the place is more dated in person.

A peaceful place”
A good place to spend a vacation. If you want peaceful place this is the best place for you. Away from the loud and crowd city. I spent 2 nights at pandan, and it was great. Very accomodating staffs.

It's Awful place! I will not recommend this anyone! Such a shame!!”
I booked this hotel in advance for only 1night stay. We are so lucky to have a cottage at cost of Php 1,200plus with free breakfast for two. They let us check-in early at 10:00am and we are happy about that. No hospitality gestures ngalang like other. We went out then from 10:30am and back at 7pm. Everything seems okay. We had our dinner and food is good actually. We thought the comfort room just for 2 cottages until we found at around 11pm to past 12:00am that the other guest of the hotel is using the comfort room. So it's not a shared room for hotel guest but a public comfort room for all. For breakfast, we don't have any choice. Plated siya and you only get what the hotel wants you to have no choices. Shocks! It feels like nothing, you check-in, and you check-out. No good morning, good evening or any hospitality gestures. Tapos yong cottage tumutulo kasi during our stay grabe pa yong ulan. Hopefully iimproved nila yong service.

Hi Donna, I apologize for the very late response and for your unpleasant stay. We are retraining our limited staff on customer service and doing some repairs and improvements at this time, including building another bathroom exclusively for the 2 rooms only that will not be used for restaurant guests. as to choices in breakfast, we usually have 3 choices but the 2 were not available during your stay. rest assured we’ll do our best to improve our facilities. thank you.
Absolutely awful service”
We were the only “guests” but discovered they were hosting a large party of 50+ people for much of our stay. Rather than upgrade us to a room with a toilet, we were required to share a single unisex toilet with all involved. It was obvious from the start we played 2nd fiddle to their party and were not valued. I had to ask people from their party to vacate my balcony and chair on my deck several times as they inconsiderately spoke loudly on their phone or listened to music as they piled their bags at my doorstep. No staff ever made an attempt to manage this behavior. When they were told about our displeasure the next morning, an insecure “I’m sorry” was all we received. Granted this was off season, but the beach and facilities were certainly at at a state of disrepair. There are better options in this area.
