We had a great time”
I booked it without looking at the reviews. When I read all the reviews mainly only bad ones I was afraid where the hell we will be accommodated. But for my surprise it was absolutelly normal! The cottage is super huge. Yeah the only thing was the leakage of water in the bathroom. But otherwise the stuff was friendly, internet worked very well, we got a scooter for free, we had a breakfast every morning and access to the nices beach at panglao island. So for us it’s worth the money. Btw. we spent a week there

I Love This Place!”
If you are looking for luxury and 5-star accommodation, don't stay here, go down the road and pay a fortune. This 3x cabin site is typical "Filipino", it will work if you let it. The rear 3rd cabin is the best, basic features but good value. Staff are pleasant and friendly. The offer of a motor-scooter (auto gear) to get around for free is both brilliant and necessary, as it is a far walk to anything. So, if you can ride a bike (I had 30yrs ago), this is a plus. Breakfast was delivered by bike in the morning.... sweet. Mosquitoes and crazy chickens are part of the deal. I would recommend it for the budget, easy going couples. I will come back here. big cabin with 2 big comfortable bed.. location not at the beach but in the nature with coconut trees and local village. free scooter to go around was very good. reception girl and night Porter were very nice people ready to help. dbr grill at dumaluan beach best place of the island to eat drink and relax. price/ quality very satisfied.. basic facilities not for those looking for luxury.. cons: no wifi tv not working. cleaning and shower should b improved.

Big rooms! Free motorcycle!!!”
It was awesome. 3 mins ride to d beach. Free motorcycle rent was d best part. I was so surprised. They had a microwave oven, rice cooker, plates and utensils, can opener, a knife, a water heater. I would definitely recommend this hotel. 5 stars for u guys!!!

Very nice place, big room with large beds. One motorbike included in room rent. You can have breakfasts at the ownner's canteen on the Dumaluan beach. Helpful staff 24 hours.

Not worth the money”
Expected way more. Room looks nice, but the bathroom is terrible. It has a bath, but with the amount of water coming out, i think the bath would be filled after check out time. No warm water because the sun didn't shine (that is the time when you especially need warm water right?). And the hand tap water was not working at all. Also something was leaking, so there was a dripping sound the whole night long. Scooter included which is nice! Breakfast also okay. Good location. Beds are hard, but okay. Took laundry service 40 hours to finish, well they promised 12, and then I got my stuff still wet. And they still dared to charge me. The staff also thought it was a good idea to start a discussion with each other at 6 in the morning just in front of my room.

Rooms were big, with a lot of potential. They just need more attention - could have been cleaner, TV wasn't working 100%, utensils looked well used. Far from the beach, you will need to scooter around.

There is no breakfast, I'm not sure why they advertise if free breakfast. Most of the time, no one was around to ask anything to. The wifi didn't work for half my stay with them. Major perk is the scooter that comes with the booking. I'm not sure what I would have done without it, as the trycs don't come by often. The bed is comfortable and the air con works well. The room is spacious, but not the cleanest.

Sorry i even don't wanna waiste ma time to give a feedback. The room was verrrrrry dirty. Not just a bit... Shower and tub broken. We showered behind the house. Breakfast at the beach ok, but not good. Won't come back :)

nonostante non sia posizionato molto bene questo hotel ci ha sorpreso molto per la disponibilità del personale.parliamo di soli 3-4 bungalow.....appena arrivati c'hanno già dato acqua per la giornata poi a sorpresa anche uno scooter per gli spostamenti compreso nel prezzo(poco più di 20 euro).e per iniziare la giornata la colazione a scelta(compresa di frutta)in camera.una nota dolente è la posizione perchè per andare al mare si deve camminare un pò e la zona per uscire la sera è a 3 km,però con lo scooter tutto risolto.da considerare poi che è immerso nella natura con conseguenti canti e versi di vari animali che passano anche sul tetto della camera...molto suggestivo!!!!

Находились в этом отеле с 2-7 декабря 2016 года.В отеле как и писалось ранее вместе с номером дают и байк.На этом услуги заканчиваются...Сантехника не работает,просили починить унитаз,так за 5 дней никто и не сделал,периодически переливалась вода из накопителя на крыше и лилась с потолка на пол,из душа вода не бежит вообще,забит напрочь,мылись с ковшика.Возле находится болото и оч сильно квакают лягушки,петухи самой собой-это неотъемлемая часть Филиппин.Но самый трешь был,когда на сутки пропал свет и вода...Вот здесь байки были как ни к стати,в туалет ездили на алона бич)))Отель не оправдал ожиданий....В номере может проживать до 8 человек одновременно,посчитал по спальным местам))))

Первый отель за всю историю с такой ужасной организацией работы. Приехали в 9:00 вечера, заселились ближе к 11:00. Забронировали и оплатили отель заранее, т.е они знали что мы приедем. Встретил мальчик, не говорящий на английском и не принимающий никаких решений. Сказал, что номеров нет, и начал звонить кому-то. В этом отеле 3 номера, 2 из которых были свободны. Показывали бронь, не помогло. Через какое-то время приехал ещё один парень, говорит по-английски, тоже начал звонить, вроде решили, что мы все-таки имеем право здесь переночевать. Бронируем номер на сутки, т.к путешествуем с ребёнком и не хотим рисковать. Вроде все разрешилось, уставшие, на новом месте. Ребёнку понравилось 2-х ярусная кровать, решили остаться, предварительно попросив устранить недостатки в номере, отсутствие горячей воды, wi-fi не работал, не было полотенец и туалетных принадлежностей. Последние 2 пункта нам привезли позже. Кстати, не работал телевизор, но нас это особо не напрягало, не смотрим. Дали мотобайк в аренду, умотанный, с лысой резиной. Обещали утром поменять на другой. Мы думали, что все разрешилось и решили остаться, попросили вечером продлить ещё на пару дней, сказали, что завтра все решим. Утро. Принесли завтрак, так себе. Напоминаем про продление номера, с нами общалась уже какая-то девочка. Говорит сейчас позвоню начальнику и все выясню, т.е они вообще не в курсе есть у них номера или нет, все, абсолютно все решается через какого-то неизвестного нам человека, я бы хотел на него посмотреть. Она не может с ним ничего решить, т.к он сильно занят. Сидим ждём, прошло уже около 1,5 часов, ситуация не проясняется. Мы приехали за 8000 км, чтобы подождать. Так и не дождавшись, решили не терять время. Потратили2 часа и нашли в 2 раза дешевле. И это при том что на носу Китайский Новый год, очень много забронировано. Ну или цена в районе 30$. Можно найти комфортное жильё за 10-15$, с вентилятором ещё дешевле. И главное нужен мотобайк.
