5 stars service, about an hour driving from Hanoi for less than $100. What else should I expected? Everything was perfect although I did overcharged a snack I didn't eat. no idea why but it's only 2$, I consider it as a tip. And I don't know why people complain that water was cold. It's hot as...hell

I just booked for 2days from 30.Dec to 1.Jan. The first day when my client couple checked in, there was no hot water and smells moldy. So requested to change the room. so hotel checked and told the clients that hotel dont have any room available, so they tried to fix it but couldnt do that. Hotel just insisted that hot water can be provided but clients wanted hotter water. But is was not that hot to take a shower. and then clients kept arguing. Eventually hotel didnt do anything to fix the problem, my clients just slept with cold room and no shower due to cold water. so my clients checked out 1day early and I requested for refund due to poor service but this hotel rejected to refund and saying that hotel fixed all issues which is not true. So now I am still arguing that with Agora and Paradise hotel. I dont wanna anyone experience same bad experience like me.

Terrible experience ”
The resort is very old, rooms are overpriced for the value you get as everything is run down. Service is horrible as the staff is too lax with not much to do so they end up not doing anything. We went to the pool and there was no one in sight to even give us a towel, went to the reception to ask and brought us only one. Breakfast seemed like it was a bunch of leftovers from the restaurant and stuff they just threw together with minimal effort. The villa we rented was connected to another “villa” and had no privacy. It can’t even be considered a villa even though it was more expensive as it was just a room (I can only imagine how their standard rooms look like!). No gym as advertised and scenery was unimpressive. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone or come back. For that money I’d rather rent a nice Airbnb in Hanoi!

플라밍고를 가려고하다 헷갈려서 잘못 잡아서가게되었습니다. 단독 빌라인줄알았으나 원룸형 3층짜리 빌라였구요. 사진에 단독 건물로 착각해서 가자마자 너무실망해서 방바꾸려했으나 주말이라방이없어 어쩔수없이 숙박했습니다. 직원들은친절하고좋으나 리조트가작아서 할게없습니다. 숙소 고를때 단독건물인지 아닌지 잘알아보시고 고르세요. 호텔에서 하노이로기는택시를 불러줬는데 55만동이나 받습니다. 보통 45만동정도

연휴기간에 하노이 근교 다른 리조트예약이 안되서 빈방있던 파라다이스를 예약했는데 저렴하게 아주 잘 지내다옴~ 시끌벅적 하노이 생활에 지쳐갈때쯤..다녀온 파라다이스다이라이리조트는 나의 힐링장소로 기억될곳~ 무료로 이용한 버기카 낚시 또한 너무 즐거움~ 문라이트식당에 해산물파인애플뽁음밥도 훌륭함~~~
