Good location (very near benh tanh market), good price, good service, good cleanliness and good amenities (with buffet breakfast and sick ice coffee), I don’t think there’s anything more that you could ask for in a hotel here at HCM. 10/10 would recommend and would rebook if i am back here again.

All the staff is very polite and courteous, from the Front desk right to the housekeeping. Who happen to give their fullest support to me. Not to mention Mr. Lucas who is the waiter in the restaurant, has the courtesy to ask around the guest how is the breakfast today. keep up the good work bro. Wonderful hotel with kind and helpful staffs”
I traveled a long way from Australia to Saigon, I was melt in the warm welcome smiles from receptionists(Ms Trang, Ms Nhung, Ms Kieu), I received the large, beautiful room(R.906). Only one problem was wifi connection was very weak, dropped off many times, Mr Đức(Housekeeping Manager) was friendly, helpful to add extra router in my room, so I could work online and contact my family members, I had good sleep at night. I appreciated F&B manager(Mr Lucas) and F&B team(Nhi, Hoa, chefs & others) worked so hard & served the best food to the guests, I didn’t feel miss my home & family much because I can talk to any staffs as friends. Thank you and hope see you all again.

Thoroughly enjoyed the 3 nights stay in Paradise Saigon and would highly recommend travellers to HCM to give it a try. Hotel was clean, central (in district 1) and the service staff was excellent. Paradise Restaurant on the 11th floor and their rooftop bar/swimming pool (level 12) were awesome. The view from the rooftop bar was superb. Most importantly, a shout out to Anh and Louis from the service crew (at the restaurant and roof top bar). Their english were good and they were always friendly, smiley and ready to help. True hospitality gems!

Good Location. Wifi connection is dropped off many times, any rooms had same wifi problems. Paradise rooms are better, the rooms level 7 & 8 is very noisy, I can hear all sounds from city streets, I recommend not to book those rooms. Rooms of level 9 & above are better, large and quiet. All staffs are friendly. I wanna come back again, miss you all.

Good location and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very close to everything, you can walk around and find a lot of places to eat and shop. The only thing I don’t like is the bed. I think they should replace a new one or fix it because every time I sit down or get off the bed always made a very loud noise. Otherwise everything is good.
