I thought 4-star hotel at first, so I wasn't expecting too much, but I was wrong! Despite not being in the center area and having not many things to explore but we had a cozy atmosphere and corner, it was quiet, cool, and not hustle and bustle as other places like Bai Chay beach. The room is clean, tidy. I really enjoy my leisure time at Spa, the treatment was so gentle, I spent more than 1 hour of relaxing the touch and the treatment. We went to private pool and beach by the electric shuttle bus, so convenient. We had private dinner out there near the beach, watching glowing sunset with candles. My parents and kids love it here, there was a kid play area for our children. The Paradise Bay is a scenic greenery that is suitable with old people to relax, especially in summer. The staff were nice and friendly, Ms Linh helped us a lot, and showed us Tuan Chau destinations to visit. Everything was fine. I will tell with my friends and colleague to stay here whenever we come to Tuan Chau because of the true and warm service quality.

Close to the Marina, Wonderful Restaurant”
My husband and I booked a stay here last minute after being overwhelmed at a chaotic nearby resort and the Paradise Suites Hotel was exactly what we were looking for. It is a quiet, relaxing hotel and it is walking distance from Tuan Chau marina which was very convenient as we did a day cruise of Ha Long Bay which departed from there. The room was large, the bed in particular was huge and it was clean and well kept. I appreciated that they provided and refilled glass water bottles in the room rather than using plastic ones as prefer hotel that look for ways to reduce waste. The best part of the Paradise Suites is their restaurant. The breakfast buffet was the best we had during our whole stay in Vietnam - it offered fresh fruits and juices and an assortment of local and continental dishes. We also had dinner at the hotel one night which was also amazing and reasonably priced for how high end it feels. I would definitely recommend Paradise Suites to anyone staying in Ha Long Bay - especially if a cruise departing from Tuan Chau Marina is on your agenda.

Clean, quite spacious, good dishes. But there was one situatin that this hotel is distinguish positively with other places that I have been before. The reason I rated 5* was how the staff treated with us. I had forgotten kinds of luxurious stuff and 2 days later I remembered. Although I knew it was too late to find those but I tried one more time and so surprised when the staff kept them for us and waited us to come back. More than that, they delivered them from Ha Long to the place I stayed in Da Nang. I really cannot bear with this kind manner, yes, it is not only about the professional they are but also the gentle and kind of personality. Paradise Suites really have elegant staff. So thankful for your kind and we will visit Paradise Suites more times. NOthing to worry about what they have done, you are just be calm and joyful.

The service was too good for this price, the room was clean, and full of facilities. I was afraid when not having many restaurants at first, but in the end, the cuisine in the restaurant was excellent, so diverse, and the price was affordable with about 1,2m for 4 people and 2 kids. Prime location, incredible service and the property is impressive. We had a suite that was classic and very clean. Private beach of the hotel is so beautiful and of course, having a few people so we are convenient and happy with that. And yes, the food was excellent as well. 10/10

We had a great time with our family 3 days 2 nights at Paradise Elegance and Suites. Classic hotel room and great food as well. My kid loves every dish and he wanted to bring it to Hanoi. Paradise staff was enthusiastic. In conclusion, we were so pleased and the hotel was worth it. I will come back one day

This is a very nice hotel, but you should only stay here if you're planning to take a cruise around Halong Bay. The surrounding neighborhood is... developing, to put it nicely. There's really nothing else to do in the area besides go on a cruise. This is definitely the nicest hotel in the area, and a very good value for the price. We stayed here for one night before going on a cruise the next morning. The room was very comfortable and the restaurant had good food at decent prices, so our needs were met. I wasn't expecting too much from our stay here, so I was satisfied with what we got.

Great service, nice room and a lovely pool with an amazing view! The staff are attentive to detail and arrange for shuttles to the pool and the marina almost instantly. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of local and international cuisine. The only downside of this hotel was that other guests repeatedly smoked in the hallways near the elevators and this caused an unpleasant odor outside my room. (This was despite the fact that this is a non-smoking building.)

Amazing place but other thing to bare in mind is the pool and beach are a short 10-15min drive away. Hotel offer shuttle buses to get there but is a shame they don’t make this point when booking. Lovely place though in the hotel.
