I’m quite happy with the stay. Only that you need to climb a flight of stairs to the lobby which is not suitable if you bring elderly along. There are nice vegetarian nearby, behind the hotel, and a good massage place on the right of the hotel as u climb down the stair.

Well worth the stay”
We very much enjoyed the time we spent at The Pariat Hotel. The location was excellent, right on the Han River near the Dragon Bridge, and across the street from the gorgeous marble statues. The breakfast was very good, lots of local and western dishes to choose from. But most of all the customer service was without equal. Vincent and his staff went out of their way to make sure that all our questions and needs were met in a timely fashion. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Da Nang next year.

We selected lake view king room and found that it was worth for money. We enjoyed very nice view to the river and the city, and very central location. All facilities worked well including the pool, and breakfast was fine - during our 4 days the menu changed twice.

Suitable for late night person”
The hotel has good location. Can see the Dragon bridge from the window. The bed was squeaky. It was really noisy from outside and inside the hotel as a lot of noise from the pubs and bars, also when people came back from night out which kept waking us up.

Hotel location is great. I would say its about 3.5 stars hotel compare to hotel in America. Clean enough and comfortable. We booked the King Size premium room with a view of the DB.

A good budget hotel”
The hotel is located on the more vibrant side or the tail of dragon bridge. Room is quiet spacious but the air cond is kinda weak and it’s not been cleaned for a long time. The air filtered is covered with huge layer of dust. Breakfast selection is good with local and western varieties, but nothing spectacular. Giving this price point the hotel is a good place to stay. There are some desserts shops nearby the hotel and you’re able to watch over the dragon bridge.
