have stayed here a few times now, staff are very accommodating, when i checked out i asked if i could leave my car in the car park for the rest of the day while i went into London, this was not a problem. the hotel is not luxury, if thats what you are looking for but is clean, rooms are a decent size, good shower with plenty of hot water, buffet breakfast is good and plentiful with a lot of choice. getting into London takes 45 minutes, a bus stop right outside the hotel with 3 stops to Gantshill underground on the central line, make sure you have an oyster card as the busses do not take cash. all things considered if you want a good price place to stay with easy access to London this is the place to stay, we will stay there every time we want to visit London.

friendly fast efficient check in, nice clean room, location is great, bus stop just outside the front of the hotel, less than 10 minutes to Gants hill station, which is on the central line, into central london within 40 minutes, good plentiful breakfast, when we checked out of our room, asked if we could leave our car in the car park for a couple of hours whilst we went into Ilford, wasn't a problem, have stayed at this hotel a few times now always a good stay, will be back when visiting London again.

Clean hotel, free parking, friendly staff and great breakfast. The only thing to improve is not to chuck away rubbish on the skip so loudly and early in the morning as the windows face there so can wake you up

It was okay first room that we were put in was not so great there was no tv and the curtains allowed light to come in the room early in the morning making us wake up really early. No WiFi connection in the room. Too small for a couple. Staff were great. Wished that the towels were a bit bigger as only face towels were put in the room. Second room that we were put in was really spacious and had a smart tv so I was able to connect Netflix.

Im stayed here for 5 days and I can't get enough of that.. It's feels like home.. And the hotel just near the tube. Its not really far to walk...i would love to stayed here again if I go to London again... Furthermore its easier for Muslim to find halal food.. N also you can bring your children chilling at the nearest park.. Valentines Park..

We found this particular place very useful for us as we were running at the Parkrun close by-breakfast was really good-room facilities were also good-could probably do with new carpeting and some paintwork-but it suited our needs and value for money

It was good price and conditions. The staff was really nice. Breakfast was quite good, the room was clean and they changed our bedsheets and towels even we were just staying for two nights. It is not in the centre of London but there are two train stations (Ilford and Gants Hill) close to the hotel.

Good points: Beds are clean Bathroom is clean Rooms are fairly spacious Close to rail and tube lines (30 mins to the centre of London) Free onsite parking Bad points Carpets need a refresh Wi-Fi is a bit pants It can be noisy - buy some ear plugs and you’ll be fine.

Appalling customer service”
I was asked for ID at check in, so gave them my driving licence. However they failed to give it back to me after I'd completed the check in process and I didn't realise until a week later. When I phoned the hotel they acknowledged that they had the licence but would not return it without a stamped self addressed envelope! (I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and they could easily have given it back to me during my stay). I sent a stamped self addressed envelope immediately, first class but did not get the licence back until 11 days later. When I phoned the hotel they claimed to have posted it on 10 December but when it eventually arrived the post mark was 14 Dec. Clearly they lied to cover up their gross ineptitude.

The deposit is a joke I still.habe not hand the funds cleared 3 days later and been told can take up to 10 days nothing in the room is worth 50 pounds so not sure why they take a deposit il never stay there again

The service at the reception is generally poor. They treat customers like they are doing them a favour. There is one particularly awful manager there who seems to be really sad and should not be at the front of this or any hotel who cares about their business. Most of their rooms are descent and there is sufficient parking.

Poor customer service by hotel management”
Booked 2 nights, single for the first night then double for second. Management insisted I check out after the first morning, leave my luggage in reception all day until I returned then check back in. Had a lot of luggage so had to insist on my bags being moved for me whilst I was away. My room smelt damp, and the shower was not functioning. Would only give extremely scalding hot water (above 60 degrees Celsius) or very cold (below 10 degrees). No option for anything in between. So had to have a cold shower as the hot water was unbearable. Raised this with hotel reception but doubt they will do anything

Carpet was very dirty and sticky. Bathroom wasn’t very nice. Hotel was very noisy. Fire panel was making noises as it was out of battery and doors need oiling. Overall it wasn’t a very nice experience.
