New hotel connected to all the conveniences”
Park Inn is connected to SM City Iloilo via a bridge. The mall is open from 10am to 10pm, with a lot of food options, H&M, Uniqlo, kids indoor playground and arcades, big Toy Kingdom store, as well as famous souvenir stores like Biscocho Haus and Bongbong's. It's really the perfect location for first time visitors in Iloilo. Right next to the mall is Plazuela de Iloilo. All famous tourist spots ate also a short taxi ride away. The hotel is quite new. Check-in was a breeze, with maps of the city and nearby areas in the lobby. There's a nice bar serving alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. If you need to charge, the bar has a long table with charging stations where you can enjoy the drink from the bar, and with wifi too. We stayed in the Suite Room and it was a great choice for family as there is a separate living area and the room with king sized bed. The room has 2 smart TVs in total, a separate shower and bath tub but only one sink. Buffet breakfast is served in Ani restaurant. It was okay. The taste and variety was good, with cheese selections, fruits, viands, rice, cereals, oats, pancakes, egg station as well as pastries. It was a comfortable stay overall.

Great Service”
From the moment of checking in, Ryan at the front desk and the rest of the staff (housekeeping, attendants, security, etc.) made us feel like returning guests (it was our first time to stay at their hotel). Their hospitality is commendable. The rooms and bathrooms itself were just ok but the bed and pillows were comfortable, although, my father complained once that the linens were itchy. Upon voicing his concern, housekeeping promptly changed all his beddings. This hotel is a stone's throw away from SM City Iloilo where we needed to go for Christmas Shopping and the dedicated parking area for hotel guests was a big plus. And, there's already an access road from this hotel to the Atria area if one wants more dining options or to also shop at S&R, without having to go through the busy Diversion road.

Comfort at its Finest”
After my surgery, I chose this hotel to be my home for 3 days for many reasons. Here are some that I want to share: First, they have the best customer service ever, second their food are patient friendly & have a variety to chose to, third cleanliness at its finest, forth their ameneties are great (pool, gym, clinic and others) and very cultural related, there's this touch/feels of Ilonggo/Western Visayas culture which I like the most since I am a culture advocate too, they combined culture + innovation + millennial friendly environment and a lot more to mention. I would like to personally thank all the staff for taking good care of us, your hotel is such a hommie. Till our next stay, we will definitely come back and this hotel is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! If you can, this is the best stay so far in Iloilo”
I have stayed at some great places in the Philippines and this was one of the best if not the best place I stayed at. Now the price tag should set the expectations high so with that this is a great place to stay. If you are able I would recommend a few nights here because everything from the room to the staff to the breakfast buffet was exceptional. The class was fisrt class all the way from the security at the front to the reception to the room to the amenities. We did not once have an issue with anything. I want to give you a con but there was really not one. The price was a little high especially last minute booking but well worth the price. I can't say enough about the hotel. You have to visit to enjoy.

Exceptional Staff, Best Location ”
Our stay at the Park Inn Hotel was exceptional. The staff are very kind, warm and friendly, attending to our requests each night with great service and hospitality. It also had the best location as SM is only a stone’s throw away. I am especially thankful to the GM, Ms. Zeny, because she really made our stay comfortable. The hotel felt like a home away from home, and I will definitely stay here again.

Worth the money”
We checked in in the evening since our flight was a bit late. As we check out our rooms there was an earthquake so we used the Emergency Exit which is very easy to locate in each floor. As we were able to go down our 3rd floor room a guard immediately saw us and guided us in an open area. From the front desk to the servers during breakfast, all the staff are very polite and helpful. We also used their shuttle service for a minimal fee and the car was so cozy. The driver is very attentive in asking us places we wanna check out before he drop us off at our destination. Though we weren't able to check the places he recommended we had a nice ride. Our whole family enjoyed our stay as we booked 2 rooms. The breakfast selection was good as well. Definitely will be back for another good rest.

PARK INN by Radisson ILOILO has excellent location - very near to a commercial center and very accessible to the city center. The room where I was billetted has facilities way above the average. The food from ANI restaurant was great and delicious. But staying in the hotel gives every traveler security and comfort. I would love recommending PARK INN - ILOILO - very satisfactorily - to any visitor coming to the city.

Exceptional”
Had a great staycation for the holidays. Management and staff were courteous at all times, even the guards on duty. Wifi was surprisingly fast. Parking was just a bit of a challenge since SM City was always jampacked because of the holiday rush, but everything else was good. It would be good if they scheduled their housekeeping, though. So as not to have the guests waiting for their room to be tidied up. But on the main, it was all good and worth it. Will definitely be back and recommend it to friends and family!

A relatively new and well-managed property in the new commercial district of Iloilo City, right next door to the SM Mall. The rooms are clean and well-appointed. Staff are attentive and friendly. There is a gymn and pool for those who wish to use them. Nice neighborhood. Highly recommended and will stay here again

Staying in this hotel is one of the best since it is near to the mall, city and even to church and market. Absolutely recommended! And this suite room is amazing. It could fit for a family. Cleaned and spacious. Their personnel’s are very accommodating, they will assist you in their best as they could. Staying in this hotel is like home, and one of the best is the location is near at the mall, city and even in the church and market. The room is spacious and well maintained. They provided a hygiene kit for you to use as a precaution and protocol as this pandemic still around us. Also their personnel’s are well accommodating, they will assist you as much as they could. Great Stay, but greater staff”
The stay was great. We were there for only 2 nights but it was amazing. Sad to say we weren’t able to enjoy the amenities because the pool is out of service. But Lucky was amazing, she was accommodating, ready to help and very attentive. I have a background in the hospitality industry so I know a great hotelier when I see one. Also, Arestel was accommodating and friendly and warm.

Pros - very accommodating and attentive staff, service was excellent, rooms were clean, special requests were accommodated too. Shower’s water pressure was our favorite. Cons - all of us didn’t like the bedsheets - it was not soft and cottony, twin beds were smaller than usual twin, provided room and bathroom amenities were only for 1 person, you have to request for the 2nd person. Hope they provided for both persons prior check in.
