2 cons - Wifi does not have password, which post huge risks to any users - Water pressure from shower is bit too low. It gets worse on higher floors.

Excellent Stay ”
I really enjoyed my recent stay at the Park Plaza London Waterloo, all staff were friendly and helpful, special thanks to Kadi who assisted on my early check-in, she was extremely effective. The location of the hotel is great, approx. 50m from Underground Station (Lamberth North), pub and convenience store are just nearby. The room was clean and stylish, comfy bed. I highly recommend this hotel and definitely will come back in future.

This is a new park plaza around Waterloo station, facilities all fresh new. Location is great, just 1 min away from Lambeth North station which is on Bakerloo line. Breakfast is nice. Very standard 4 star hotel.

Lovely one night stay ”
I stayed at the Park Plaza Waterloo with my mum. We were greeted with an upgrade and complimentary prosecco to the room as I’d mentioned to the hotel it was a surprise for their birthday. All staff were friendly and efficient. Room was lovely and clean. Experience was just really good!

The location of the hotel is great, just 2 minutes walk from Lambeth North tube station. The room is spacious and clean, but the breakfast is a bit dull, given that we have been staying in this hotel for 5 days and 4 nights. The staff can be more attentive to customer's request, as we have requested extra pair of slippers for 2 consecutive days, but still did not receive it. Overall speaking, I will still come back if i have a chance to visit London again.

Great location with excellent facilities, great value for money... ”
This was my first trip to London and after an extensive search, I decided to stay at this hotel for 8 days ... upon my arrival, I was impressed by the fast check in and the efficiency of the courteous front desk that ensured I had a pleasant stay through out my stay ... the hotel was located to the nearest underground station that was only about 3 mins walk away ... this helped me a lot in terms of planning my trip around London The room on the other hand really surprised me ... it was really clean and comfortable ... real value for my money ... it was a great place to kick back after a long day of walking around London.. I was even surprised with speed of the Wi-fi ... They had excellent facilities but unfortunately I was too tired to try the swimming pool and spa. It the executive lounge is definitely a must to try .... excellent spread and free flow of drinks ensured a relaxing evening with a great view around the city ... Loved the room service ... they had a great selection to chose from whenever I felt a bit peckish .... did not chose the breakfast buffet but having the illy cafe in the hotel provided me another option to chose from before I left in the morning .... If I have the opportunity to return to London ... I will definitely comeback ...

Good location close to underground and Westminster bridge”
Modern hotel, located few meters from the Underground, 10 minutes walk to the London eye. Reastaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets might be found all around the hotel- street leading to Waterloo station is a kind of restaurant and shopping street. Room was rather spacious, with all necessary things for the stay (towels, bathrobes, slippers, shampoo, etc). The bed was not actually the bed but transformation sofa- not a big deal, but it was creaking a bit. Cleaning was not perfect - as usual they don’t clean under the bed, but the bathroom made an impression of quite clean. No heating - air cond was used to warm up the room. Room view was towards the railway and the train was heard but it didn’t spoil the stay and was even calming.

Good hotel in an excellent location ”
Pros Location (2 minutes from lambeth north station, 8 minutes from Westminster) Room size and quality is good Pool was very good. My daughter really enjoyed it. Reception had candies and activity books for children, which was great. My daughter always looked forward to the reception when entering the hotel. Cons I feel that the room rate was quite high, upwards of gbp 250 and the facilities overall were not commensurate with this high rate. Housekeeping was sometimes only average

A Nice hotel in central in London ”
The best with the hotel , was the location of it . 2 min walking to sub way or 10min walaking down to the queens walk ( themsen and eye of London ) . In afternoon /evening is the internet slow. The price for the rooms was a bit heig, and the same about breakfast. But just around the corner of the hotel, was there a place called “Pret “ that served very god breakfast for 5 pound. The people in the front desk and in the bar, was very service minded, rooms was cleaned very well and had a very heigh standard .But after all , this is a place I what to visit again 👍😃

A wonderful experience!”
I stayed in this hotel for 8 nights! The staff was great! Bed was comfortable. Location was very close to underground (Lambeth) station (but that station wasnt wheelchair accessible). The only problem in the room was, whenever our neighbours pulled the bathroom flush, we could hear the water rushing, whenever the had bath.. music of water was heard. Thankfully they didnt take much bath! :) So it was a but noisy otherwise, a brilliant hotel and a very helpful staff!

Friendly, polite, helpful staff. Location’s near enough to London Eye to walk. 24hr supermarket round the corner.. faces the Waterloo railway station, so it’s nice for kids who like trains Only complaint would be the water temperature fluctuates and isn’t constant.

New hotel with very good location”
We loved this hotel, new, clean, fast check-in process, only 2 minutes walking to tube station/London Bus stop. We had Free wifi in our room, and the hotel is near with 24/7 supermarket.
