We normally stay central at the soho hotel or the Covent garden hotel as we like that style, but both were booked up. The Holmes hotel was a similar style, but not quite as central, but looked great and was very fairly priced. Super happy with it, very cosy, great rooms, amazing breakfast, and excellent restaurant. It was also a pleasant 10 minute walk down to oxford street, and surrounded by great restaurants. Based on the price and level of service/quality this place is probably my new regular.

Not strictly a couple as meeting an old friend for a night out! But the hotel was lovely - the staff couldn't have been more helpful and would definitely go back again - very comfortable beds - and room was very quiet.

nice hotel and great quiet neighbourhood. walking distance to great attractions and shops. we stayed there for one night and they were kind enough to check ya in early so we could get settled and drop our bags off and enjoy london. our room’s heat wasn’t working so we got a space heater which worked nicely. breakfast the next morning was very good!! overall a lovely experience even with the cold room.

Sadly the worst nights sleep I have ever had in a hotel. The bed was so hard it was like sleeping on warm concrete. I got a dead arm and pins and needles every time I lay on my side. I even got up in the night to pull the sheets back and see if the mattress was on upside down. Such a shame as the hotel and facilities are lovely. But the whole premise of a good hotel is a good night's sleep, so sadly I will not be returning.

Excellent choice for stay in central London. Clean, comfortable in an excellent location. Around 3 minute walk to Baker street station and 12 minutes walk to Bond street. Very well maintained. Friendly staff. I will be back.
