Not far from the City Center, quiet, easy access to the airport”
I selected the Park View House Hotel, 'coz it is not far from the City Center, only 10 minutes by bus (No.25 1.6 GBP). It is very easy to access/connect to the AirLink for airportfrom the Princes street. The location was very quiet, close to the park and Tesco store. All Staffs were very well with good service mind. Breakfast is not so much, but it is enough for 3 stars.

Have stayed here before and was in basement, this time on first floor with four poster bed frame. It creaked from getting into bed,to turning and getting out of bed,wasn’t great to be honest,other than that all was good on my second stay,rooms and hotel all clean and couldn’t fault anything else

Average quality on a good location”
We booked 2 rooms. One of the rooms with twin beds (in fact 3 beds in a very bug room) was simple but oke. The other with a double bed was very small and the spirals of the mattras almost popped out. All together an average quality. Location is oke. Quiet with view on one of the larger parks. For going to the centre you require a taxi.

We book one room for six people. A good thing is very cheap but the room had a bad smell like some people release bomb in the toilet. Toilet was difficult to flush and shower area was flooding.

Bad experience the person who did the night shift middle aged guy. ”
The guy who is in the night shift is not at all helpful. He is not welcoming , as we came train from Cardiff and it's been a long journey . So we were late to check in but already booked it. The way he talked to us , I personally didn't liked it and made me angry on him. We are tourists and the room wasn't clean either when we entered the room. This is my first time I am writing like this .

Pros- good distance from prince's Street Market, good bus access. Cons- cold cold hotel and the heating did t work very well we had to borrow an electric heater for through the night, television didn't work, beds were awful to sleep in, dirty, noisy, would not recommend at all. Was a nightmare.

Thought we were booked into a hotel. Ended up in the small building which can be seen to the right of hotel in the picture. Awful. Unsafe. Very small bed. Paint splatters on floors. Paper thin walls. We checked out as quickly as we checked in and thankfully got lovely accommodation in a nicer location and much nearer our concert venue.

The Park View House Hotel was found to be impolite, unethical, unprofessional, and unworthy of the money spent. THERE WAS NO WI-FI IN BEDROOM, AND EVEN AFTER CALLING AT HOTEL NUMBER TWICE, THE HOTEL STAFF DID NOT UPDATE ME, AND THE WI-FI WAS UNAVAILABLE THROUGHOUT. This is the worst hotel experience for me in Edinburgh, and quite shameless of hotel’s manager to decline my refund request. Banned permanently.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Do not go there!!! I had tried to write an email to let them know about a late arrival but no answer, then I called the hotel and they assured me that they would send an email about how to open the door and how to get the key from the key box, however we never received that email and they didn't answer the phone !!and it resulted in us having to sleep on the street with our children for the first night because there was no other vacancy. And after all that they are still refusing to give us the refund for the first night!! Horrible staff in the reception in the morning that didn't take any responsibility and ran to do other things while we were talking to them. View of the dumpster and bathroom door was broken and the beds were old and dirty. I've vorked in the hotel business for a long time and this is not acceptable!!!

Zeer ongastvriendelijk, krakkemikkig hotel. ”
Bij aankomst werden wij geweigerd tenzij wij zouden betalen, dit terwijl agoda het bedrag al van onze rekening had afgeschreven. Eigenaar was niet tot rede vatbaar en zadelde ons op met de problemen die hij met agoda had. Ook agoda zelf totaal niet bereikbaar voor assistentie, wij hebben een halfuur in de wacht gestaan en hebben nu een hoge telefoonrekening. Uiteindelijk een kamer in de kelder gekregen waar 5 bedden in stonden voor in totaal 6 gasten, wij waren met z’n drieën. Badkamer slecht afgewerkt. Geen stopcontacten of overige faciteiten.

宿泊料の高いエディンバラにおいては安価なホテル。安価な価格帯のホテルにしてはサービスはよかったと感じた。ただ、イギリスによくありがちな昔ながらの住宅をホテルにした感じなので、至る所に古さを感じる。ベッドバグに注意が必要。
