We had a fabulous experience at Parrot Key. We ended up upgrading to an ocean front room and it was well worth it. There is a bedroom and sitting room. We chose an upstairs suite for less potential noise. No noise at all. There are two balconies; one ocean front and one looking into the garden area. Everything is brand new. The staff was so great. David and Milan were our favorites. We left an item there accidentally and Milan was helpful in getting it back to us via mail. The grounds are beautiful. 3 pools and hammocks on the beach side. There is sand but no actual water access. It is more on a bay than it is the ocean in my opinion but it was still great. They give you a free drink at their bar and free sangria upon arrival. Valet only at $15 per night. Free breakfast every morning. Such a great stay. Highly recommend. We even extended our stay an extra night because we just couldn’t leave.

This place is newly renovated, clean and rooms are big! Staff were always friendly and accommodating...my only complaint is all the extra fees added in for resort fees ($125) and daily parking and mandatory valet service fees $15+tax per day...basically add another $55-$60 per day to your room rate

Tropical oasis”
Freshly renovated Parrot Key was a delight for our family of four. Our suite was light filled, decorated with a modernish islands flair, and very clean. A lot of details were smartly thought through, right down to plush bath towels and robes, and bath sundries by L'Occitane. All units face a lushly landscaped courtyard featuring 4 pools, each in it's own little leafy world. The luckier guests also have water views in the other direction. On-site watersports center rents jet skis, paddleboards, sea kayaks, and bikes. The only hitch is the location: There's a Home Depot across the street and a Walgreens next door. None of that is apparent from inside the resort but busy Roosevelt Drive is unavoidable to reach the old sections of Key West.

Beautiful resort hotel, great location and kids friendly. Check in was quick and easy. Lots of restaurant and walgreen at walking distance. Valet guys were great. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone for the value and the beautiful cottage like setting.

Lovely set up, poor service”
Parrot Key is a lovely set up - pretty townhouses set around the pools, peaceful hammocks on the waterfront. The two bedroom suites are very spacious. Unfortunately, some of the staff let it down. Agoda sold us a room that didn't exist so we ended up with fewer beds than we were expecting for our family group. Whilst not the hotel's fault, it certainly wasn't ours and they missed an opportunity to display any level of customer service - they were outright rude, passed the issue around each other in the most unprofessional manner and even handed me a piece of paper with a phone number telling me to sort my own airbed rental! With the exception of Jessica in the restaurant, the rest of the service we received (restaurant, front desk, valet parking) was slow or requests had to be made several times. There are clearly still some teething issues with staff training here. If I had my time again, I would find somewhere more established and closer to the Old Town.

Forced to pay valet for car?? Why? We parked right outside of our room Kind of ridiculous. Additional fees ?Resort fee? No facilities really open due to COVID Our $160 night room quickly blossomed to about $250 nite after all fees added Buyer beware!

Not that great”
there were trash left in the room when we checked in. Service was okay.. booked the 3 bedroom for 2000 USD a night. The hotel pictures look nice, but definitely not worth it the money. Would recommend staying elsewhere.

Woest hotel and staff are liars ”
Hyatt Regency Miami is the worst hotel I have ever stay. Water shut down at 11pm at first day, and the front desk told me it’s an emergency shutdown and the water would be back at 5 am next day. Water didn’t come back until 6.30 am next day after i called and complained. Water shut down again at 11pm, just same as the first day. Got an apologize letter after the first day water shutdown, and I didn’t see a word about the water would shut down again. I don’t believe it’s a real emergency water shutdown, both two duty manger of these two night are liars!

Experience of one night stay ”
We spent one night here. Yes, it was clean and had few pools. There was a shuttle too but on a vacation you plan to do activities during the day and rest at night. I made a complaint to the front desk as our neighbors were rowdy and had the television volume very high. We reported it but the front desk didn’t do anything. So disappointed as had to wait for those knuckleheads to sleep at 1 am.

Nice place to stay”
The room was spacious, clean, and everything worked, no complaints at all. We did not use the rest of the facilities, so I can't comment on those. The location is nice but you should be aware that it is not in the old town so you will have to drive or uber over to most of the activities (about 5-10 minutes away).

Magnifique hôtel , les chambres sont très belles spacieuses et propres. Le style de l’hotel correspond exactement à la ville de Key West . Il y a plusieurs piscines un peu petites mais l’environnement est superbe . Voiturier très bien.

Sehr schönes Hotel etwas abseits vom Geschehen”
Das Hotel liegt in einem sehr schönen tropischen Garten. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Terrasse, direkt in den Sand mit Liegestühlen und Hängematten. Es gibt vier kleine, schöne Pools, die für Privatsphäre sorgen. Das Restaurant am Pool ist gut, einfach wie in Florida typisch alles Plastik (Geschirr, Becher, Besteck - für Europäer schrecklich!). Die grosse Strasse ist leider je nach Lage des Zimmers sehr laut und die Aircon viel zu kalt und schwer abzustellen…

Bella struttura ma non allineata al prezzo richiesto”
La struttura è molto bella con queste piccole casette in stile Caribbean immerse nel verde che girano intorno a quattro piscine separate tra di loro e che trasmettono una certa tranquillità. C’è anche un lato del resort che ha la spiaggia (senza mare) dove potersi rilassare su lettini e qualche amaca. L’esterno invece è veramente orrendo, la struttura si trova fuori dal centro su una grossa strada di collegamento trafficata con intorno una zona commerciale che di pomeriggio/sera è abbastanza brutta. Il parcheggio privato dell’hotel effettivamente è un servizio inutile in quanto confina con un parcheggio pubblico. La colazione è solo alla cartè, molto buona ma quando c’è gente i tempi di attesa sono veramente lunghi (circa 40 minuti). La struttura non ha un vero ristorante, la cena viene fatta al bar della colazione. Il Menu è limita

小别墅的房子，有前后门，后面出来有个小阳台，酒店中间花园有游泳好小酒吧。酒店没有沙滩，但是在海边有沙地，沙比较细白，女儿在这玩沙玩得好愉快～还有吊床比较舒适
