Not worth it cost”
The cottage wasn’t in a good state, a whole in the wood floor in front of the entrance, no chopsticks, knifes, forks, spoon… they rented us a bbq set but without ustensiles to eat it… We had only 2 cups… our neighbors had the same situation and they bought by themselves when the staff refuse to provide them… no towels, the bathroom was uncomfortable too small cannot close the door and next to the cuisine… the heating was off when we arrive and the staff didn’t know how to turn it on when we manage it start smelling strongly gas and was the same for our neighbors as well. We had a cockroach in the kitchen…Some sheets had stain on them. Suppose to have a dog run but didn’t find it and the staff provided 0 information. The place seems to be on the path of abandon with barely any maintenance. For the price it costs it’s really expensive for what you get. I stayed few time in Kawaguchiko in different cottages and never seen thant

We rented the cottage B which is recommended for 5 people. It can actually accommodate 10 adults . Theres a big dining area/ living room downstairs and a full size kitchen. They have enough kitchen utensils provided . They also provide a gas heater to warm the place. Theres a shower and bath and the toilet is separate. They provided a bath soap, shampoo & conditioner but no towel. Theres one big tatami room for everyone to sleep . They also provided a futon, a blanket and comfortable pillow. Theres a big grocery store 3 minutes by car from this place. You can also call a taxi , if you dont have a car. Taxi is less than 2,000 yen from the nearest train station. It was a wonderful stay ! The staff is very accommodating. Highly recommended for a group gathering. They have also bigger cottages that can accommodate 20 people with a big backyard to bbq.

Lovely mountain get away! ”
Stayed for 2 nights with my Partner and our puppy dog - it was so peaceful and wonderful to be in the middle of the forest and be on Mt Fuji's doorstep! Very easy to navigate and get around, we even had a bbq both nights - it was really great to re-energize in nature! Staff were very helpful. Dog run was being fixed, so sadly puppy didn't get to run free, but he had a great time exploring nature!

口コミで衛生面は期待してなかった。 やはりちょっとカビくさかったりと清潔とは言えませんでした。 ただ安く泊まれて近くにはショッピング施設も観光名所もありで便利でした。

現地に到着して、チェックインをしようと受付に行きましたが、スタッフの方が不在で、電話をかけても出ない。結局３時間待たされました。 あとの予定には遅れてしまい、楽しみ半減です。

エアコン無しでも夜は肌寒いくらい”
D棟に宿泊しました。建物は若干くたびれていますがお風呂はリフォームされていて清潔でした。 リビングの窓を通気のため開けたかったのですが網戸の端が少し破けていたため開けると虫が入ってきそうで開けられませんでした。前に宿泊した方々の使い残しなのか、ラップやプラコップ、キッチンペーパーなどがあり使わせてもらいました。よっぽど騒々しく騒がなければ手持ち花火も出来てゆっくりと少人数グループでのBBQを楽しめました。当日は天気にも恵まれ、ロケーションは最高でした。
