    Basic, clean and cheap!”

I would have no issue staying here again. The staff were all very friendly. I was given a complimentary upgraded room at check in which was nice. The rooms are basic, but they are clean and comfortable. The price reflects the amenities, but I would not hesitate to stay here again. Easy access to the Center of London on the bus. Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay again.

Location Ideal, Lack of atention to detail. ”

Just spent 3 nights here at Pasha, Upon arrival we were given a key and the room number and told to go upstairs. so we went travelling to find the room, upon entering the room a weird smell hit us instantly. The room was very basic. Fitted wardrobes missing door nobs, No where to hang coats or bags so all just got dumped in the bottom of the wardrobe. The window had been left open by the cleaners im assuming to clear the smell so the room was freezing and had no way to heat the room up. There was two plug sockets in the room however only one worked, the other had a double adapter, of course this was for the TV and something that looked like a wi-fi booster/internet hub box so we had no way to charge our own devices. The bathroom was very modern looking however very damaged, rust build up to shower/ taps, broken shower door and a very water marked mirror and there was a drainage plug in the middle of the floor with a very heavy smell, there was also a Mould build up under the window.

Clean spacious room, quiet, firm comfortable bed, hot shower with good pressure. Ticks the boxes for a London hotel on the cheaper end of the spectrum. Unfortunately no tube or train stations in the immediate vicinity but several buses to the city centre stop right outside.

    Meh...”

The hotel really needs a renovation. Every day there was another problem with our room (broken door, safe, light, etc.) but the staff was very friendly and fixed it after we told them. And the hotel room gets cleaned up every day which is good. Unfortunately, there was a bar and a dance floor right under our room and the music was loud (like very loud) until midnight almost every day. So if you are a light sleeper and you’d like to sleep before midnight then good luck. The location is quite good since you can reach the inner city by bus very easy within less than 30 mins. Several bus stations are right in front of the hotel. Also shops for snacks and drinks are right next to the hotel and it’s easy to buy some stuff for the room on the way back. In total I would rate the hotel 3 out of 5 stars.

There was a bit of an issue with getting a key card because the machine wasn't working. However, saying that, it did not affect me too much because I did not need to go out. This hotel is exactly what it says on the tin, the bed and ensuite were clean, the plug was missing from the sink, glass in the bathroom was a bit finger marked but a quick wash resolved that situation. Good to have a fridge in the room. I would stay here again.

Although the bedding was clean there was no coffee/tea making equipment in the room. There was a smell emanating from the ensuite (drains), some mould around the shower, no drinking glass for water, the walls could have done with a freshen up.

    could be better”

The hotel consists of a number of interconnected buildings. Long halfways with a lot of doors and narrow staircases with no elevator. Staff is very friendly. Rooms and bathrooms have generous size for London and good design. Unfortunately, upkeep is failing, furniture has seen better days. The room we have had has been repainted not that long by the look of it, however, it was a sloppy job, because the paint was on light fixtures, curtains, and furniture. They even left the sock-like cover on the smoke detector. The TV is tiny with a distorted image and A/C didn't work, most likely because batteries in a remote were dead. Wifi signal was too weak in our back room facing train tracks to be of any use. The price is reasonable for London, just be prepared what you get for it.

The room was noisy as there was train passing by every hour or so and a there was a bar and resturant under the room . , which in occasions plays loud music . The room was clean except for the toilet . It needs to be cleaned up . Comfy bed , wonderful service and nice staff . The location is great. It is in old neighborhood . Room was very disappointing, not like photographs on the website or photographs at the hotel. I never saw the cafe open however there was some maintenance work going on. The bed was made each day but the bathroom was not cleaned properly before or during my stay. The wardrobe had a big crack in the mirror and the doors of the wardrobe were in a bad state. A very narrow stair to climb 3 flights to my room(132) with no assistance offered. A very basic room with just a light duvet and 2 pillows on the bed. Overall, very disappointing.

Super basic, not that close to town, in a run-down area. Hotel is very run down, staff seem a bit distant but are friendly enough. Wasn't particularly cheap. There was a hole in the room door where you could see through to the corridor Looked like the lock had been smashed through. Also I think the hotel might be used for housing homeless people- saw what looked like someone being evicted. Area is a bit scary at night. I could go on but no point. Staff were friendly enough. Considering it was nearly £60 quid its not worth the money.

    Sub standard "hotel"”

The first night we were given a sub standard room. Black mould on the walls, which made me cough all night. The room was damp and cold. I couldn't sleep in the single bed because that was wet and against the wall, had to sleep in the double bed with my mum. Shower water was cold. Ketley not working because plug points weren't working. They gave us an electric heater which didn't make any difference. When we requested a part refund they refused. The following night they gave us what they said was the best room on the hotel, which was more to the normal standard. I would advise not to stay at the Pasha Hotel.

    Appalling example of a hotel”

My wife and I based our choice on photos of this hotel and booked for one night for £96 which turned out to be in a downmarket area of Camberwell in London. Although received well at reception the hotel was shabby and dingy with evidence poor quality (DIY) refurbishment taking place. It had soiled and stained red carpets in passageways, painting in progress, exposed plasterboard and recently installed unfinished wooden staircase (with curtain!). Indents on plasterboard walls had pieces of wood nailed over them. Our room was a disgrace but we had paid and had nowhere else to stay. My nightlight was hanging off the wall with no bulb in it, bad black mould on all bathroom sealant, rust and limescale on showerhead, damp mould in the corners of the room with large cobwebs, spare pillows had been used, stained and unchecked, the quilt had a black mould stain, dust on the tv remote and carpets throughout the hotel were filthy. Environmental health need to shut this hotel down. Shocking !
