Super clean, small japanese style place, comfy and well organized. Location is great, in a small japanese street between 2 subway station (incl 1 JR), very convenient. Big mall and lots of shops/restaurants around. Staff and guests super nice. You will have good talks and make friends for sure !! I booked 2 nights but I stayed 10 days haha. Couldn't leave. Only point of attention, the dryer is not working great. I had to use it twice and yet my clothes weren't dry still. Use the laundry next door as David (the manager) would recommend you.

The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. I arrived far later than normal check-in time and was left a note to get me settled in. David, the manager, goes out of his way to help you with bookings, recommendations, and friendly chat— he even bought be some instant noodles one day! The rooms are everything you’d expect out of a hostel however they are BETTER because of the blackout curtain. The showers are great and the kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals. Complimentary tea and coffee is there for the taking. The location is great as it is off of the main road but close enough to get to major stations like Namba and Tennoji. Tennoji park is close by along with dozens of other restaurants. Compared to the price of other hostels... Peace House Abeno is a fantastic bargain! I’ll be back for sure!

If you have young kids and are staying in Osaka I would highly recommend this hostel. The staff were very friendly to us and played with me . On the day of the typhoon they were very comforting and played with me most of the day. The rooms were very clean and nice . As I said I would highly recommend this place. We were meant to stay there for two days but ended up staying five days. Honor age seven

Best place in Osaka”
Really nice and clean place. You get more then what you pay for. Staff is very friendly. Haruka and Anna were very helpful while I was there. Sam has very good knoledge as he explained us everything into the details. Declan was cool and chill out. Special thanks to David -fast and very organised person. I would highly recommend this place.

One of the best guesthouse/hostel in this area. ”
Clean, cozy and warm traditional Japanese house with full equipped kitchen and living room. The staffs are mostly helpers from other countries, that makes the hostel very international. You don't have to worry about not speaking Japanese, although there are alway some Japanese guests stay in the house, so you also get many chance practice your Japanese if you want. If you like to make new friends and share stores or experience, this is a wonderful place for you. Besides, it's located near by JR and subway station, yet it's quiet.

David and the rest of the staff were exceptional. They were kind, friendly and professional. Good place to hang out and talk to other travellers. The house had an interesting traditional design and the beds were comfortable. Close to the subway and a park right across the street. Recommended

Pro: +staff is very friendly and helpful +storage room in the lobby where you can leave your suitcase. (Big bonus) on check out day they let me stay in the lobby until late +Facilities are very clean +nice atmosphere in the lobby +good price Cons: -None in my opinion

A lovely home style hostel”
I stayed 7nights+2nights in Peace House The staff were so lovely,House was lovely,the location was lovely too. During my staying, the vibe was like a home with quiet bedtimes , friendly staffs, made a lot friends. Also It’s good to see there were some families and Japanese choose it for staying. It’s a nice place to stay for couple days and see what the loco Japanese do normally in their life. Highly recommend, Peace.

Traditional Japanese house”
this guesthouse is really traditional japanese house. House has tatami floor. Showers has everything no need to bring your own stuff. Rooms are clean, very friendly staff. You can experience real Japan here. I would recomend it.

I had such a great time at this hostel. I mean, I literally felt like home and this is exactly what You are looking for after many months on the road. The way the furniture was set, the cleanliness and the coziness of the place, the staff(David, Wolter, Anna, Adi, Lisa), I mean, everything was so great and I am very looking forward to meet all of those beautiful people again and hitting the Karaoke bar again. The nicest place i have been in Japan”
I Loved this place. It is situated in an old neighbourhood of Osaka and it feels to be in ancient japanese times. There is a little park just in front of the house and a local market just few steps away. The house is a cozy traditional japanese house. The rooms are small but for us it was enough. Comfortable mattresses on the tatami floor.. The place is super clean and friendly staff.

A place to feel at home”
This is a placer where by the moment you enter makes you feel welcome. The personal is very friendly and always there to ensure you are having a great time and all your needs are being covered; even they manage to run that extra mile to really feel welcome and valued. The House is a traditional Japanese building, completely renovated, very neath, ordered and couzy. It is less than 10 minutes walk from 2 Metro Stations, 2 JR Stations, Malls and main city center attractions. You can even have a lovely 30 mins walk to Namba passing through Osaka's Tower, DenDen District, Food Market and Commercial Streets. Definitely a place I would love to go back to!
