Been a hotel manager in Makati City and based on the standards set, their staff is really professional. Given that it's a budget hotel, though the service itself is great. Things thay they may consider changing/adding; comfort room doesn't have trash bins, no Bidets, lobby area is really small that even 3 guests can't fit. Overall still Pearli View Hotel is highly recommended for solo travelers👌

Iloilo Visit to BIR”
I was travelling alone to Iloilo for Business trip. And i stayed 1 night in this hotel. The location is good. The room was clean. Over all stay excellent. The only cons is that you have to walk the stairs..no elevator.

We booked for a deluxe room which has a standard of two twin beds, so I requested for a LARGE bed instead - when we got to the hotel, it was still two twin beds and they mentioned that it is standard for deluxe to have twin beds. If we got Superior room, then we could get a large bed. I don't mind but this could have been properly communicated since the hotel is using online booking - it causes dissapointment with requests and expectations upon arrival. The room we got was hot - the aircon was blocked by a bed, which causes air not to be equally distributed. Room service was obviously not well observed, it was on the last day we saw the room service menu - it dropped behind the head board, it was left unattended. I believe Pearli View can improve their services. I would still book there if ever.

I only needed a one night stay so the place suffices but the room did have a strong soap smell to it and the A/C was placed in an odd corner so one of the beds covered it. For a one night stay it was fine, location was close to the bus terminal and next to 7/11 which is a plus.

Staff aren't well trained. Very poor customer service. I and my staff arrived at around 8:30 pm, to my surprise they have no Guard on duty, staff gave us a very poor service especially their receptionist. After we checked in we went down to buy something from the store around the hotel and we saw their receptionist just talking and sitting on the coach comfortable just like their home together with a man. Upon check out room check takes time and the morning receptionist again is not well trained with what is customer service. She looks tired and she seems to have her monthly visitor. The hotel has no elevator and our room is in 4th Floor. Struggle is real in this hotel.

The hotel is charging what they call a commission.it is apart from what i paid thru agoda booking. The staff in the information did not tell us about this upon check in instead she showed us a laminated pricelist which when i saw it, i chose that with bfast for two and paid.upon checked out, i was being charge again of the bfast for two to my surprise.when i told i already paid, her response was that what was paid upon check in was their commission.first time i had learned of this!
