Superb view of Valetta and great standard”
We stayed in Dec 21 and I would recommend this aparthotel to you. It is decorated to a very good modern standard. It is very clean and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is a good size and makes it easy to cook meals with a hob, oven and microwave. There is a lift which you can enter either from the bar/restaurant below or from a separate entrance at the side of the bar by walking up 1 flight of stairs. We had a sea view room with a balcony and the view is beautiful of Silema and Valetta across the bay. The location is the best. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Martin who was on in the evenings. The cleanliness of the spacious room I could not fault. There is a sofa bed in the room and it can be made up to a bed on request. The TV has about 4 English speaking news channels. The one thing to beware of is that the bar below has loud music at the weekends which you can hear from the front of the building(sea view rooms) if you are on a lower floor. If you want it quiet always I would suggest floor 5 or above. We were on floor 3 and it did not bother me but my husband requested a change and hotel happily agreed and we moved to floor 6. All in all a great aparthotel hotel which I would definately stay in again. It is superb value for money too. Thank you for a great stay. Ps shops handy as are buses ,ferries and restaurants and bars. Airport bus every hr in Dec. at 1.50 euros.

We have apartment with kitchen and balcony on the 3 floor. Great view. It's loud outside but we liked it, music from bars to 3 a.m :)Very comfortable bed. Shops and bus stop close to hotel. Nice personel

Great place to stay”
Has the best of both worlds, living in your own apartment with a front desk and gym + jacuzzi on the roof (hotel like). Location very centrally located with all shops and restaurants in Sliema, great view of the marina and a short ferry ride to Valletta. Spacious apartments easily big enough for a couple. Very convenient everything is nearby, tours start from in front of building. Facilities in apartment good, a microwave would have been nice though. Would love to stay there again. Thank you.

Perfect place to land ”
My husband and I booked just one night here just for a place to land after 26 hours of travel. We ended up staying here for three nights! The location is perfect, lots of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. The ferry and bus station are literally a less than 5 min walk away. The room was clean, had a comfortable bed and nice shower. Complimentary waters your first night which is great since the desalinated drinking water is not ideal. The staff was super helpful, nice and friendly. Also the price is hard to beat. It’s not a luxury hotel so don’t expect that but it’s clean, super comfortable, central to a lot and the staff are great.

The location of the hotel is great. There are some bars at the street below and the music is quite loud. The staff is great. I had a problem with the water in the room and they acted immediately. Very clean and modern rooms with great sea views.

Great location and accomodation”
This is in great location, with lovely views overlooking Valletta. Buses and water taxi very close. Lots of bars, restaurants, mini market and take away very close by. It is on main road and there are bars at street level so you do get noise from them. Would recommend you ask for higher level if this would bother you.

Excellent location”
A lovely boutique hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent location with an amazing view. I paid more to have a view and a balcony. Jacuzzi on the roof top looked lovely with an amazing view- the water is cold. Unfortunately I encountered few issues. The drain in the shower was blocked and had hair. It was quickly cleaned and fixed when I reported it. The air-conditioning and Tv don't work. Tv asked for auto-tuning so I did that and it still didn't work. I highly recommend the hotel for the location and the lovely staff.

Excellent”
The location is good from the perspective of proximity to the sea and absolutely stunning views, but you are also right in the middle of nightlife. Parties from the entire bay were echoed in my room, not only the noise from the pub on the ground floor. The studios could use some refurbishment as many items are visibly used and old. Bathroom very small. Not as chick as I expected a boutique hotel to be, so I guess it would be suitable only for 1/2/3 days, not a full week.

Very loud music!”
It is not possible to sleep when the nightclubs / bars are open. And they are open until 2-4 p.m.! Otherwise I would definitely go back again. Very nice and clean apartment, but most people also want to sleep well during the holidays.

Great apartment - shame about the noise”
We loved this apartment, great facilities, great location but, and its a big but.......if you book a studio on agoda you will get one on a low floor. This isnt good news if you want to sleep at night. I booked this based on the reviews that said there was some noise but this is an understatement...there should be a warning on the website if booking these rooms. There are 3 bars directly below the rooms with one, medasia, open until 4am from Thursday to Sunday. It would be classed as a nightclub in the UK with the bass shaking the whole building. Sleep deprivation is guaranteed here. Thankfully the guys at reception, who must be sick of dealing with this issue, moved us to the 6th floor as soon as they could. Unfortunately although I'd love to give 5 out of 5 for this hotel I cant based on the noise problem. Only stay here if your a clubber or are deaf...what a shame as the room, view & location, staff were perfect.

Read my review before booking! Very bad exp!”
Extremely negative experience! 1) 19C right now and it feels like above 25C. Sweat dripping but they told me there is no AC in winter, unlike what was advertised. I’m at a nearby restaurant and they are blazing AC because it is HOT even in early January. 2) The room I got was dark and it had really old and worn furnitures and appliances. Depressing room. There is no washing machine in the room, either. When I tried to use a stove, it started to smell. There was only one giant pot to cook with. Also lack of kitchen essentials like paper towel. 3) The elevator doesn’t work from fl 1 to go to the ground floor. The hotel has a really weird layout. Guests will have to carry my luggages out on the stairs when they check out. 4) The hallway smells like cigarettes stinks coming through the door. The room stinks too. I’m really disappointed in this hotel. I wish they could refund my money! This is NOT a ‘boutique’ hotel. It is worse than motel. My impression for Malta got ruined because of this place. There are so many hotels nearby. AVOID this one!

Pebbles Rocks”
I booked a TWIN sea facing studio through Agoda. Please note that Pebbles do NOT have any TWIN sea facing studios. Pebbles said that we should not have been sold this type of studio by Agoda as it does not exist !! As I was traveling with my adult son(23) we had made it very clear in the comments box, when booking, that we could not bed share. The hotel saw my comment on my original hotel voucher which you hand in on your arrival at reception. They honored my request by giving us 2 sea facing apartments on our first night and a 2 bedroom apartment during the rest of our stay. Thank you to Pebbles for outstanding customer service. The first 2 rooms were fabulous and had memory foam mattress toppers on the beds - so comfortable. The 2 bedroom apartment,by contrast,had no mattress toppers and very hard beds but the rest of the apartment was lovely. Full kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. (NOTE: Check your pillows. A lot of them are very heavily stained and we changed ours) We were on the 4th floor and YES, it was very noisy until 2am. The TEX Mex and Mai Thai restaurants under the hotel were fabulous and the Mai Thai cocktails (happy hour 3pm-7pm) were to die for.

Home away from home”
We enjoyed our apartment because of its handy kitchen, good WiFi, beautiful decor and comfortable sofa and bed. There were 16 light switches which once mastered guaranteed great lighting throughout. Even the bathroom mirror had tiny lights that served as a night light. There was plentiful storage space for our suitcases and clothes. We had a small balcony from which we could watch the Grand Harbour and the beautiful esplanade with Valetta just across the harbour. The bus stop to Valetta was a two minute walk away. The hotel staff were very friendly and our towels were changed daily. I would recommend this boutique aparthotel to anyone.

Really nice hotel with great location”
Highly recommend this aparthotel!!! The room was very modern and new! It had 2 flat screen TVs, free wifi, a great kitchen and incredible sea view. The location in Sliema is great! Right across the street from the bus station, lots of restaurant options, close to the shops and shopping centre as well as supermarket. The staff were so friendly and helpful. You won't be disappointed.

Would recommend”
We were here for 2 nights in Dec. Off peak time in Malta, wet and windy season (not beach weather, but still great for exploring) so we had it for great value, roughly £30-40 a night for studio room. Would recommend this for anyone who's looking for aparthotel. Good service, clean room, comfortable bed. Their club, MedAsia Playa was closed for the season, otherwise summertime visitors will have assess to the beachside pool. The aparthotel rooftop has a Jacuzzi but unfortunately we didn't use it because the tub water is cold and has leaves in it. Our room 303 is situated facing behind the building, has a window but it faces a wall. Wouldnt complain because there's still naturally light. Rooms facing front faces the sea, but I'm not sure if it's noisy. Because the ApartHotel is situated above a bar. What I believe can be improved, regular maintenance. Our room has stain on the wall. Some parts looked like furniture was dragged around and the paint was tainted with scratch marks.
