Not a happy customer - will NOT being using this company again!”

The code did not work that they gave us, we had to wait 4 hours for help. The door was broken so we had to stay at one lcoation the first night and then move.
It was under contrsution and no one told us. Very loud constrution work, could not use the pool or the hot tub. And we could not use the balcoy for our whole stay only 3 days of the stay. Also someone was in our room without permission and no on can tell us who it was.

The only way to sit close to the beach is to RENT their beach chairs and umbrellas. If you bring your own be prepared to have very little space.

I was at the beach
not clean at all. There are obvious repairs needed. The chairs on the balcony were whopped. Plus there were only 2. Just wasn’t very inviting for everyone to enjoy at the same time.

The unit was very comfortable and the view from the balcony was awesome!
The beach. Couldn't see the ocean on the beach bc of all the umbrella set ups. When you pay that kind of money to stay, you should be able to enjoy the beach. Unfortunately for this reason we will not be back.

Wonderful vacation!”

We’d never been to Destin before and found this condo at a great price! We are well pleased! There’s three pools, one of those is half indoor/half outdoor, one hot tub and it’s all right on the beach. The staff was super friendly! We had a great time and will most definitely be back!

Only a few complaints”

Elevators were easily accessible and fast when you got on one. Good location close to everything in Destin. Despite complaints, we enjoyed our stay.
Wrist band was not a real problem. The real problem was the main bed- worn out, heard springs making noise. Real problem with balcony furniture- rusted leg so that table and one chair did not sit level. Small problem no working can opener. The desk staff is friendly but not too helpful because we booked through a booking service and not through the resort itself. The gate man and the desk staff never heard of Pelican “Island”, but we were at the right place- Pelican Beach Resort. I have a problem with Florida law that allows the beaches to be partitioned as private property. We had to set up our chairs on the beach that belonged to our resort. That meant setting up behind the rental chairs. Felt like second class citizens.

Loved that the property had two pools to choose from !! Clean room, bed wasn’t all that but it was sleepable very happy with it all! Will be staying here again!
Wrist band, wasn’t too bad but if you don’t have it you have to show proof that you are stay in that hotel, I get it for the safety of everyone & just making sure people are staying where they should be staying. They are just doing their job. Oh & elevator time lol

Room was dated. Holes in the wall, bed linens were Dirty, refrigerator old, showers are old And stained, one of the showers had a crack on it, carpet had stains...I did not feel Covid safe in this unit.

Recommend & come again”

It has a spectacular view to the sea. Staff was extremely friendly. Loved having the comfort of accessing beach without having to leave location. Loves the home away from home experience. Would definitely come again & plan better.
Not a big deal. Maybe just a personal preference but I would have liked a different shower head in bathtub. Something with more pressure or at least the convince to modify. Other than that it was great!
