Great staff , friendly, very helpful with directions and advice on attractions, bus routes and places to eat. The room was clean and we had plenty of space for our luggage. The hotel was a quick bus ride into the city centre ,a bus coming every few minutes which saved a lot of money, time and aggravation trying to park in city centre. The breakfast was lovely. We are from Australia and will definitely be staying at the hotel if we ever get back to Liverpool.

Lovely stay in Penny Lane”

It is a small,lovely hotel,located in Penny Lane,the area where three of the Beatles grew up.There are many pictures of the band on the walls.IIt is very clean and the staff is very kind.The bus stop is near the hotel and many buses go to the city centre and to the airport.

We stayed for just one night whilst visiting friends. We received a friendly welcome and a great recommendation for dinner nearby. The room was bright and very comfortable with a lovely new bathroom. Really good breakfast. Would definitely stay here again
