the hotel location on sandy beach, much of green areas, the rooms are wide and clean, the food is good. the staff is dealing kindly with us. we enjoyed the tent's dinner. the beach so clean with amazing water.

the animation team is not active and they were under the expectation

Great hotel, good food, amazing atmosphere, nothing else really to say other than a fantastic time here. Nothing bad really all the staff were great and always helped when needed. Would come again 100%. Beach was beautiful and coral reef was amazing. Hope this helps anyone that is doubting to come. The bad reviews aren't right to be honest. I'd say come for yourself and see. 🇨🇦🤝🇪🇬

Nothing everything was perfect

Large room space - room view is amazing - pool and garden view so beautiful - beach clean and well organized - beautiful garden

Air condition in reception and restaurants not working - poor animation team - food variety and quality should be improved and many items are not fresh- long walking distance from room to beach under the sun heat

This is my first time I've been to Pensee hotel and definitely won't be my last, you will feel it the moment you step into the huge fancy lobby, the staff there are extremely helpful and well-mannered. Mr. Ramadan and Mr. Ahmed Wahbi were amazingly supportive and understanding. The hotel got an amazing bunch of entertainment activities and night shows everyday (fire show, magic show, tanoura, bedwin tent.. etc.). I also liked the diversity of food so much, it was tasty, nicely prepared and served. All rooms got an astonishing mixture of sea and pool views, the private beach is just a few steps away, and the nature's beauty there will blow your mind, you don't need to dive deep to take lots of cool photos and videos with fish and coral reefs all around you, they are everywhere even in shallow waters. Staff in the hotel have also invited me to the bedwin tent for an amazing oriental dinner, Mr. Islam and Um Mohammed were doing their far best for our satisfaction. You should expect that you will be asked frequently by staff if everything is good? or if you got any suggestions for improvement? or if you like a certain food. Honestly I've been to many luxurious hotels with 10x the price and never got this much amount of care. Lastly, the thing I liked the most is that tipping culture is not present, everyone there is driven by his passion. Advises for the best stay: - Don't miss the chance to sign for the safari and the diving activities. - Bring your snorkeling gear, you can snorkel yourself on the private beach, you don't need to go on a boat for it.

The staff is kind and friendly, they did their best to make us happy. The room size is more than my expectation and very clean. The beach is amazing, the food is perfect and they provided water in the rooms and you can re fill at any time. I hope the animation team to be on the same level of the all hotel staff,

Animation team was poor

Good coral nearby, nice Bedouin tent on the beach, Fabulous view from our room. The beach and coral and the fish were nice.

A few things in our room needed attention but the most important things were taken care of.

Location and facility are great

The animation team is very basic and it could be improved. The food was fair yet some items were not good so a review is need here.

the wat was treated when asked to go to reception we was humiliated made to feel worthless

I like Mr/Ramadan in the reception who was very fast to let me get my rooms & never forget Chef Moustafa who let me gains extra kilos with his delicious food and pretty smile thanks for all staff I really enjoy it

At the first, I would like to thank all the hotel staff for their good reception and hospitality during our stay... Especially in the reception, Mr. Ramadan, and on the beach, Mr. Ahmed and Chef Mostafa.... and all the other service persons.... for the location, it is wonderful, the coral reefs and the aquatic were fantastic..... We enjoyed the magic of nature and the cleanliness of the place and the good hospitality..... Four days I hope to repeat soon...... excellence Hotel for families...... Thank for management of this great great edifice
