Great location, excellent facilities, good value for money. The beds are a little on the tough side and you do only get one pillow per person, but i'm sure you could ask for another if needs be! Overall great stay - thank-you

Staff were terrible and rude, came to check in and not one person even acknowledged me even tho I was clearing at the desk waiting. The tv remote didn’t work, the tv colour went off and on top of that there was brown stains on the bed. When we called the maintenance guy he was 0 help and understood nothing. Waste of money and would never visit again.

Very poor menu in restaurant ”

I felt the room was very poor for what I paid A bath would of been nice It’s a hotel for young people who do t care about hotel rooms , the restaurant choice of menu was very poor and expensive Will not return to this hotel again

Cheap for a reason”

The place looks good but doesn't do the basics well. TV was broken couldn't get it going until midnight. Glasses dirty. Given poor advice on parking.

OK but no banana”

Minuses - Expensive and very limited parking (cost not mentioned in description), blocked shower causing flooding, no fridge, safe or mini bar, no answer to phone call for room service, expensive room service (and who gives you fish and chips, charges you £14, and provides every condiment under the sun but no salt??), could not leave parking garage and had to phone staff to come and open the door, crap TV stations, one pillow each, and the booking in counter is actually the bar, so you search in vain for anything resembling a check-in, then have to fight your way through people playing pool in a far too small environment, and wait to book in while people buy beer. Not even a sign above the counter - it's too trendy for that. And why did I have to fill in a form again when I've already filled it all in online? Plusses - good beds, clean, nice shower, practical lighting, right in the middle of Birmingham (really busy road, traffic appalling trying to get in and out), relative quiet.

Very good stay at a designer hotel”

Cool sleek designs and good location - not right in the centre but close enough! Toiletries are awesome!

+ Breakfast / Interior”

Similar as Pesta hotel in Brussels, the interior of the hotel is very nice. The breakfast is yet another plus point. Parking space (same as in Pesta Hotel Brussels) is too expensive.

Awful ”

The most rubbish service I have received in my whole life. I spent hours and hours going back and forth with this hotel and in the end I lost all my money. The worst service I have ever had, unprofessional, unknowledgable and truly awful. I would never ever want to stay there and I would not recommend it either. I wouldn't even give it 1 star but I am unable to submit it without giving it some kind of a score. rubbish.
