Clean, newly build condominiums, spacious, fresh, everything you'd need from a hotel room but a lot more space. All staff is very friendly and helpful, a convenience store nearby, some restaurants, but you'd need a taxi to get out of the area.

We love the set ups of these apartments at PentHouse. We also enjoyed the quiet and beautiful spaces, considering that Hanoi an be quiet loud when you go out. The apartments are spotless and everything else in the hotel. The food downstairs is pretty good. There are coffee shops in the area. The gym is great as well. We loved it here! Thank you

I enjoyed my stay there. The only downfall is the pool, which is indoors and on a second floor. That type of hotel should have an outdoor infinity pool!

Very nice large and spacious room, very luxurious feeling. A bit outside the center, but a nice and quiet neighborhood to relax in. Would stay again. Also a fantastic place to book for a staycation in Hanoi just to get out of the hustle and bustle and spend a day relaxing and pampering yourself.

Beware! The actual room set up and amenities are completely different from the photos uploaded here. When I got to the room, I was very disappointed. The room was poorly decorated. In total, it was not worth the money I spent.

It’s an OK hotel”
You get what you paid for I guess? No doorman is there to take care of your heavy luggages most of the time. You have to carry your own bags up that narrow slope. Make sure when you use Grab, pinpoint the location instead of entering the address.

Beautiful apartment with the equipment you would need in kitchen for cooking and has washing machine and the apartment is huge. Good location close to Tay Ho lake area with malls and restaurants close by and airport only 20 minutes away.

I've been to a lot of different hotels, resorts, and homestays across the country including Hanoi ( even much more pricey than here) but this place is by far one of the best, exceeding my expectation. Pro: - It gives you the privacy and independence of a home while having the services of a hotel. - Easy check-in, check out - The room where I stayed and every little thing inside of it ( especially the kitchenware ) are clean, new, and well-chosen. - Pretty quiet, I didn't hear anything from the room next door, but sometimes can still hear the sound of vehicles on the street, which is fine to me. - The mattress is soft and comfortable. Cons: - This place is quite far from local attractions, the nearest mart and pharmacy are 200m away, and not many restaurants around. - The TV doesn't have Netflix or chromecast, the remote is hard to use. - The glass door and the balcony is not very well cleaned. - If you cook, the smell will stay in your apartment, tried opening all the doors and turning on the extractor hood, didn't help much. - I personally wish the hotel would have some fragrance. => The place is perfect for a work trip, staycation, or a long stay. There's a dishwasher, a toaster, a dryer, and an oven in the apartment, just store up some food/ drinks/ingredients/meds and you would be fine. I don't recommend the place for short tourism trips.
