Lovely place”
My wife and I only stayed a night, but we enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, right on the lake and close to the castle as well. The room we had was a little small, but high ceilings made it feel a little bigger. It was very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the restaurant with a nice view of the lake. The staff were pleasant, too. We would consider staying here again in the future

Pleasant air-conditrioned room with comfortable bed. Superb lakeside location where Vila Preseren restaurant was located. Check-in was not very impressive due to absnece of normal receptionist for and emergency, but check-out was fine.

This four-star hotel overrated, more three star than four No reception, registry at the restaurant that is located around the hotel Free parking but those that do not have a mobile phone, with calls in Slovenia Should go down to the restaurant all the time that the team will open the parking gate The rooms look nice but are not utilized properly, for example, a woman that wants to wear makeup can not do it normallyThe restaurant staff serves as the hotel staff and the feeling is accordingly The breakfast that receives many recommendations by the guests was disgraceful, so it's okay that there is no buffet, and have to choose from the menu, but the options are limited and mostly based on eggs, the owner should take care that the guests were satisfied and not hungry after breakfast, a meal can not be based on Mosley! need to make sure that every invitation need bring to the table breads and cheeses,Regardless of the order that made Bottom line, very expensive hotel for what he suggests, and certainly he is not worth more than 100 euros a night!

Nice, except we didn't get the same room type as booked. Typical excuse: not available. But this time, no upgrade as compensation. It was a downgraded room instead.

Brilliant location with great staff”
There are several places that you can stay around Lake Bled, but it is difficult to imagine a better one than Preseren Hotel. It is located on the better side of the lake, ideally positioned to take in the activities on the water. We arrived late in the evening and the staff were friendly and helpful. The menu on offer here is extensive, tasty and well priced. The staff speak good enough english to help with directions, what to do and where to go and they were always eager to please. A very pleasant stay. We would love to come back again in the summer as this place would really buzz.

Fabulous Hotel with an outstanding restauarant”
This little hotel really took us by surprise, we had booked a small double room as it was just for the one night passing through Lake Bled so we weren't expecting much but we loved it so much we stayed an extra night. The staff were really good, we arrived late at about 8:30pm and they hadn't received our booking from Agoda, but that was ok they sorted it out and gave us a room, luckily they had availability. The room was small but we expected that as we booked a small double but it was clean and the rest of the place made up for it. The restaurant/bar downstairs was so nice, the ambience was warm and inviting, the staff were lovely. It was late like 9:30pm and it was no problem to still have dinner. The food was amazing, everything was first class, the pasta & risotto I had was better than I had found through Italy, the desserts divine and the coffee's and hot chocolate superb, we can't say enough about it. The location right on the Lake is amazing. Would have stayed a week if we could. Highly recommend this hotel.

Zeer mooie ligging vlak tegen het meer van bled en het is 25 m tot aan het water met prachtig uitzicht over het water van op het terras en de kamer was mooi , heel proper en heel groot je kan er gemakkelijk met 4 volwassenen op verblijven ons zoontje van 2.5 jaar was super blij met zijn groot bed 😊

レストランに併設されており、ハイシーズンで忙しいのか、スタッフの対応がイマイチであった。どこでチェックインをしたらいいかもわからず、確認したところレストランでのチェックインとのこと。 午後二時のチェックインで、部屋に入ったところタオルがなかった。フロントに電話したところ、タオルの準備がまだできていないとの応対。夕方大雨に遭遇し、全身ずぶ濡れにになったため、ホテルに戻ってシャワーを浴びようとしたところ、未だタオルの準備が出来ていなかったので、困惑した。フロントに電話するもスタッフがすぐに来ず、二回目最速するとやっと持ってきてくれた。 トイレットペーパーがなくなり、これもフロントに電話したが、すぐに来ず、待ちくたびれて、外に出かけた。部屋に戻るとやはりトイレットペーパーは補充されていなかった。フロントに再度電話をし持って来てもらった。 レストランのスタッフと客室のスタッフは同じで、レストラン側が忙しいのか、対応がとても遅かった。 湖の真ん前でバス停にも近く、立地はとてもいいのだが、対応の悪さに、これだけのホテル代は見合わないとおもった。今回の旅で素敵で快適なアパートメントスタイルに泊まることが多かったので、次回また来ることがあれば、アパートメントスタイルに泊まります。この値段で対応もいまいちで残念でした。

1.직원들의 응대가 성실하지 않음. 2.도어 손잡이가 망가졌는데도 내일 고쳐준다고 말만함. 3.청소 상태가 엉맘임. 4.샤워기 고장. 5.전체적으로 최악이고 5.호텔 찾기도 어려움.
