I love the bathroom! But it's to connect to the wifi”
I'm very picky when it comes to bathrooms so I was really amazed at how outrageously big and pretty the bathroom is :) But if you're traveling for work and need internet connection then I suggest requesting a room with a better wifi connection. We were on the 3rd floor and the connection is unstable on most parts of the room. I still highly recommend this hotel though, its clean, comfy and has great value for money.

HOTEL FOR FAMILY AND GROUP”
I usually travel with my family. but this trip, i travelled with friends and we brought our bike. they allowed us to bring our bike inside the room. i did not bring my baby and i was breastfeeding. i have to pump and good thing they have a mini ref which has a freezer. the staff were so nice and we felt so safe. they delivered everything we need immediately. We called at 5am to request for hot water they answered adn delivered rightaway. will definetely go back.

Friendly and Very Accommodating Staff”
I love that the toilet is so spacious! The room itself is big. But the best part of our stay is how the staff took good care of us. They would assist us with carrying our stuff, attending to our needs regarding the room (wifi, hot water, etc), finding us a taxi. Great staff! World class service. Thank you everyone! I booked a room in this hotel for the Dinagyang Festival 2019 and all I can say is that I have made the right choice! The hotel proximity to the highlights of the festival such as the judging areas for the performances, food fests, etc. is incredible. It is far enough from the hustle and bustle of all the fun activities going on but also near enough if you want to immerse yourself in the festivities! Will choose this hotel again.

My partner and I have stayed at people’s hotel from the 2nd of April to the 8th of April. I’ve got nothing to say abt the staff and the overall experience but great! If may issue sa room, they’ll attend to it immediately. Super recommended esp. if you are going to stay sa city. Super accessible nya sa lahat ng landmarks.

Cozy stay with my family 😁”
For a first timer, travelling with my senior citizen mom, 4 years old son and a niece, the place is accessible to almost everything. 👍What we like most with this hotel is that they allowed us for an early check in, we arrived at the hotel around 0730h 😂 though we are placed far from the elevator that is hard for my mom (I called the hotel 3days before we arrived to request for room accessible to the lift for my mom). 😐 The friendly staff (especially manang) promptly address all our concern though everything is as per request and constant reminder. The hotel restaurant is under renovation so we need to go out for our meal. 😐 Hotel WiFi is very slow inside our room. 😭 The hotel facility is quite old, little issue on the drainage at the shower area though it was resolved. 😉 In conclusion, My son loves his stay at the hotel especially the TV channels available. 😁 Value for the money is a thumbs up! 👍 Note: Hotel personnel are not responsive to queries online. 😂

the place and the location is so good. The staff is so approachable. they are really willing to help. they assist you right away. They have this initiative. The internet is good too. just maybe fix the heater but all in all its perfect for us.

Pros: 1. The room was clean 2. Very accessible to public transpo. 3. Location is very good since it is near to ports and city tourist spots. 3. I love the elevator and key card switch Cons: 1. The shower is fixed on the ceiling so i find it hard to take a bath specially if you want to wash off soap in your stomach. 2. The aircon was so weak on our first night. We can't sleep comfortably because of the heat. 2nd night onwards turned good. 3. No free hot drinking water 4. Daily free bottled water is not given to you voluntarily, you still have to ask them. We paid 600 pesos from iloilo airport to the hotel.

Have to request for early check-in as I have to be ready for an early morning event. The lady receptionist was kind enough to explain. I have to upgrade for that day so I can check in early. Thank you for the wonderful stay. I hope you will have a functioning restaurant the next time we visit.
