Great location ”
Room clean and tidy. Had extras on our bill that we didn’t purchase … a breakfast. Felt staff member didn’t accept the fact that I said No we never had this … a little disappointed in her attitude. Add Lao wonder why they take card details for any extras when they then ask you for your card again to pay 🤷🏻♀️

I love this hotel. It makes me want to return to Canberra sooner rather than later. The young people at the front desk went above and beyond the call of duty in trying to solve our parking problem. They found us a fabulous organic restaurant around the corner. This added to our delightful stay. The back velvet curtains and groovy wallpaper on the ceiling added to the groovy feel of our room. I love the vibe of the Acton area and this hotel was so easy to find. Thank you thank you Peppers Gallery Hotel.

Great hotel for a flying visit”
Only staying in Canberra for one night, I wanted something crisp, convenient and full of positive energy! Peppers Gallery Hotel did not disappoint and left me wanting more of Canberra and the gorgeous little metropol pocket the Hotel is located in! Highly recommend!

Convenient Location”
Peppers Gallery Hotel is in a very convenient location just a short walk from the free loop bus that you can take to the bus station or a number of other places around Canberra. We found the staff to be very helpful and the facilities were good.

Retro Funky Boutique”
i am glad that i decided to stay at the diamant. it was very close to the city centre which was great as i was in canberra for business, however it was still in a relatively quiet area. the room was great and i really loved the decor. the bed was really comfy but i mostly loved the shower, could have possibly stay there for the whole stay. the in-room wi-fi was also very convenient. the funky little library bar was a bonus especially to quietly unwind from the day and the restaurant was excellent, i had both a great dinner and breakfast here. finally the staff was friendly and engaging, even though i was there for work is still felt like a mini holiday

Diamant Hotel Canberra”
I had a very comfortable stay at the Diamant Hotel and have already recommended it to family members. Its location is excellent, close to the city and the lake and a few minutes drive from Parliament House. Around the corner is a great eatery that unfortunately is only open for breakfast and lunch. I liked the busy and cheerful atmosphere of the hotel's bar, terrace and restaurant, the modern decor and the meandering halls, steps and walkways. The staff were friendly and sweet. Best of all, my room was perfect - secluded and quiet, comfortable, well furnished, with great bathroom facitilites and really lovely organic shampoo & miosturiser. I plan to stay at the Diamant next time I visit Canberra.

lovely boutique hotel with interesting art”
stayed in a premier room with my mum and baby. a travel cot was provided at no extra charge. the room was very clean and quiet, with an interesting original artwork, and funky wallpaper on the ceiling. the room was a good size, but because of the cot, it would have been crowded if it was any smaller. the bathroom was big and very clean, and new looking. the service was excellent. we were helped with recommendations for dining out and info on directions. all very friendly and welcoming. 5-10 mins walk to bunda st restaurants, bars and cafes. overall a funky little hotel with character, not at all uptight. would not stay anywhere else in canberra!

Relaxed comfortable place to stay friendly staff comfortable room”
Our second stay at this hotel we have always found the staff friendly & helpful! Rooms are very comfortable we even had an upgrade, bathrooms spacious as well! We like it here as great hub of restaurants, movie theatre and hairdresser & spa ! The city centre is close by as with the bike hire if you want to ride around the lake as well as a lot of attractions are close by!! The Italian restaurant within has fabulous food ! We love this precinct area we can not fault the Pepper hotel ! It suited all our needs!!

comfortable interlude”
We visited Peppers Gallery recently to see our son at ANU. The hotel is very comfortable and is a short walk to the University. The staff were helpful and the atmosphere very peaceful. We were grateful for an upgrade as we had been living out of our suitcases in China and Japan for 6 weeks. Thank you for our stay.

Loved the boutique style hotel. I wish we had had more time to sample the restaurant, the menu looked great. The hotel had excellent friendly staff and the rooms were very comfortable and very nicely renovated, we would definitely choose to stay there again while in Canberra.

lovely hotel, expensive for what it offers but thats Canberra... great location, everything you need at your door step very clean absolutely would return - a couple of really good restaurants in the same complex - A Baker and Monster 2 mins walk... concierge made bookings for us. very helpful thanks!

Well located boutique hotel”
we just stayed overnight and found the hotel conveniently located in canberra city area. the room was spacious with good inclusions and a very comfortable king sized bed. the refurbishment was excellent particularly the bathroom which was gorgeous. at check in, the attitude of 2 staff members was lacking in enthusiasm or welcome in fact very ordinary, however the young man who checked us out in the morning could not have been more helpful and efficient.

Little gem”
Only stayed the one night but will definitely stay here again..just a short drive into the centre of Canberra but far away enough that it's as quiet as the country. Bed was huge and comfortable, movie channel on TV which was good and good roomy shower. Only minus was $10 parking.

Really nice fit out and the rooms are really nice. Very good location - you can walk to the main shops if need be and Canberra has Uber now so its easy to get around. Quite good room service menu also.

It was my first visit to Canberra. I was lucky enough to stay in Diamant Boutique Hotel where the staff are very friendly and supportive. The location if the hotel is great as it is close to the main areas of the city.

I had a short stay at Peppers last week and must say that the hotel, amenities, food and staff were all excellent and for a very competitive price that other local hotels could not come close to. Only downside is the limited parking so make sure you book a park well in advance. highly recommended
