We hope you relax your mind in order to ease the stress.
But if you decided to stay home as usual and do nothing in order to relax, many things come to your mind (…such as the shelves you thought about organizing later, the kitchen you thought about cleaning later, etc..) and you end up working in your own house.
Four "Rs" to control stress
To control stress, four "Rs” are considered effective.
A "Break" to remove physical fatigue. The act of resting the body, such as sleeping, massage and relaxing on the sofa.
Try changing the routine by playing or entertaining yourself. By having a good time you can "Recreate" yourself. You can enjoy sport, instrument performance, walk and cycling.
The most reliable way to relax is "abdominal breathing". Because the parasympathetic nerves that relax when exhaling is dominant, it is the best to exhale slowly.
A way to heal the tiredness of work by visiting any unusual place. Especially visiting an urban exotic spot where you have never been, the senses are pleasantly stimulated, so it will wash out the accumulated stress.
