"- Located in the heart of the most prime city of Manila Philippines - Big spacious units - Definitely superb value for money! For the price you pay in other hotels -- normally you'll only get a small room, about 30 SQM. But in Ascott you get a 70 SQM Exec 1BR already! - Everything is a walking distance away - Located on top of one of the desirable shopping malls in Manila - For "staycationers" or tourists visiting Manila Ascott is the best value for money hotel - Also book via Agoda as over the counter booking will cost about 40% more than Agoda rates. "Much like a 5 star hotel. The size of the room was more than adequate. The pillows and mattress were top notch. The room was immaculately clean. The television was a smart TV so we were able to watch a movie by connecting our phone. There was even a jbl speaker! The staff were amazing too. Check in and check out were hassle free . Buffet breakfast was not yet available when we visited. Nevertheless, there were several restaurants at a walking distance. For the price point, it was definitely worth it The only downside was the traffic going there since it's located at Kalayaan avenue. Otherwise, it was perfect. "

"As Manila is far from being a beautiful city, we decided to find a nice hotel. The district is not the best but the hotel is nice, Deluxe rooms are veeery big and comfortable, we enjoyed it enormously, we also enjoyed the swimming pool. Internet is a bit expensive and not very practical, as you have to pay for every device or use one at a time. For the facilities and the comfort, I would say this hotel is more 4-star than 3-star. The staff is nice but not very practical, everyone has to wait until 2 PM to check-in, so at that time the hotel is full of people, even families with children have to wait until that time. Things would be much better if all the burocracy is completed on your arrival and you are given the key at 2 PM instead of waiting until 2PM to start the whole process."

"This was not the first or stay for me and will not be the last. The location is great for me for this trip I have had quite a lot of dental work done at the Mall of Asia. It is also very close to the Airport for my over night stay on Arrival and departure. The room service is very nice and well priced. The free in room WiFi is quite fast for Manila. Over all I have stayed in Many different hotels in Manila and this is just right for me. Location, Price and quality are all well above the average in Manila. Many thanks to all the staff we look forward to our next stay. "

"I had an awesome stay at this Spaces By Eco Hotel, St Legaspi Village, Makati City, Manila, Philippines recently. Great location. Walking distance to major shopping spots & restaurants – Green Belt, Glorietta, etc., The rooms are nice and very clean. Wouldn't say they were huge but not super tiny either. The bed was very comfortable and with Wi-Fi & AC and hot water shower. The Breakfast was great with some selection and served with smile and love every day. I would say the positive attitude and the five-star Service by the reception / front desk – served by Phil Muros, was remarkable. Polite, courteous, respectful and charming at all times and in all situations, without being obsequious. A pleasant, outgoing personality who always gets on well with everyone. She had taken all customer problems as her personal and attended to them, exceeding the expectations. It was a GREAT STAY / Experience and overall it is a GREAT hotel. "

"The newly renovated hotel, is clean, modern, has a bit of industrial/warehouse feel, but the decor works. The enclosed rooftop area is great place to meet and relax, and have a coffee/beer. They have various performances from different genres of entertainment, from comedy, dance, and livebands on most evenings. Definately for the young at heart, but age shouldn't stop you from enjoying. It close to other venues, for food, shopping, drinking and eating. The staff is helpful, polite, and friendly. I would definately book again, when in Manila again. John 59 yrs old Canada"

"Oakwood is like my 2nd home every time I'm in Manila. It has everything I need for a comfortable stay. The facilities in d room and hotel are superb. Cant ask for anything more from their room amenities...it's complete and in excellent condition. We stayed in a 1 bedroom and love the bathroom with bathtub. I must say the heated indoor pool is a big attraction. I also like the location - heart of Ortigas within walking distance to malls and eating places. Staff are friendly and responsive. For me this is the best condo-hotel in Manila and ideal for families with young children. Will surely come back. "

"Was here for a day for business and found a really great deal on Agoda at literally the last minute before getting on the plane. Located in an upper-end neighborhood which is the most important factor for choosing a hotel in Manila. Can't complain for the luxury room and the great service I got, especially at the price I paid. Will certainly come back if I happen to be in town again."

"I enjoyed my stay here. Living in a condo rather than a hotel or hostel made my trip to Manila much more comfortable. I felt like I was coming home rather than to a room. It was nicely furnished and comfortable. The condo had everything I look for when I am traveling: clean room, comfortable bed, good shower with hot water, very good wifi, air conditioning, convenient location, and good security. A pool and gym are available on the 5th floor. Many restaurants and shopping are available within walking distance. A 7-11 was conveniently located at street level for almost anything that you may have forgotten. Edsel was very friendly and helpful. We had good communication before my arrival and he was later available for any questions. I would definitely stay here again next time and recommend others to stay here."
