For the offered daily rate, you get a good place to stay specially if you're in a tight budget. The room was generally well maintained (with some minor repairs needed) as I've learned that this has been existing for around 4 years now. Minor repairs like the toilet door lock needs repair, and the bed also needs repair as it seems like it's not very rigid. The walls are newly painted and clean but after further examination on the budget room I stayed, it's mostly made of wood which makes it not so sound proof, but the general impression is good as this is the lowest priced room you can find in the web in Roxas City.

Good bed capacity and comfortable. May TV kaso wala namang cable. Slow to no internet connection especially pag maraming guest. Sira yung faucet. So if maytutulog lang naman kayo and may data ka naman.. ok naman magstay dito.but if magstay kayo dito for leisure not so since mabobored ka lang kasi walang tv and wifi.

It was a first time for us to travel to Roxas city and was surprised with the typhoon during the hot month of April. We are fortunate to quickly book in this place since we are not able to travel to the country side immediately due to the typhoon. Though their water and internet is not working the staff was good enough to lend basic items like plates and glasses for our food deliveries.

Not bad for a cheap alternative but NO AC, NO TV...just as basic at it comes. You can upgrade and pay extra for AC which we did when we slept there. 2 nights out of 22 days. Used primarily to store our belongings. NO TV even if you are willing to pay extra but definitely the lowest priced Hotel available, so we were able to use as storage of luggages and used as our base. Came and went to get clothes etc

I’m still laughing at how our bathroom traumatized my boyfriend. This was a last-minute booking. When I was booking at Agoda, I thought the reviews were pretty good. The photos of the rooms looked nice, so I thought it was a steal for its price. We got a fan room because we don’t really need AC. (We were wrong.) See, I was not even expecting so much, but now that I’m looking at my Agoda booking, our room was not like the one in the photo. The room was small – no problem with that, with a double bed – it was actually quite spacious (maybe that’s why it made the room even smaller.) There was a fan, and a kitchen sink with cupboards above – there was no closet like in the photo because it just won’t fit. There was a table and chair near the door. The bathroom was really dirty, which totally traumatized my boyfriend that he decided we splurge a little on our next accommodations. LOL. It’s very basic – a toilet bowl, and you are provided a bucket and a tabo. The door doesn’t lock properly, but my biggest problem was how dirty it was. Who knows when they last scrubbed those walls. It was just filthy. It is understandable that the room is cheap, but come on, at least clean the bathroom from time to time. I had a bone to pick with how the window is right next to the door. I get that there is no other place for the window since the room is very small but that’s just dangerous. There’s no way we can leave the windows open because it’s so easy to open the door by sticking your arm from outside. The distance is literally very short. It’s just too dangerous to risk it. We really should have gotten an AC room instead. The location is really great though, it’s right in the middle of the city and you can just walk to the tourist spots in the city proper. You are right next to the Panay River, too, so can’t really complain about that. Maybe there are other good rooms in the inn, and we just got the bad one.
