Possibly the most exquisite accommodation in Solihull, this brand new home has been individually designed by a leading interior designer to offer our guests the most comfortable and stylish accommodation currently available.

Our home is located 0.1 mile from Solihull Train Station and 10 minutes from The NEC and Birmingham Airport. You are a 2 minute walk from the town centre offering a huge array of shops, bars and restaurants.

Secure allocated parking during your stay

This is a functional one bedroom apartment, with the bedroom being self contained. It has a lovely open plan living room/Kitchen which has an Island. Making it perfect for socialising. The apartment comes with one parking space

Guests will have access to the whole apartment, but please be respectful to the neighbours

We will not be available in person. However, we are available by messenger 9am to 5pm weekdays and aim to get back to you within the hour on weekends.

The flat is a 2-minute walk from the town centre, which offers a huge array of shops, bars, and restaurants.
The station is also within an easy walk.

The apartment is ideally located so you are able to walk into Solihull Town centre (5 minutes), you are also able to walk to the station (1 minute).

The NEC and Birmingham International Airport are only a 10 minute drive and cost roughly £10 in a Uber.
