ECO hotel!! Good food, service and beautiful place”
The hotel is pretty new. Rooms were so clean and big. We had two rooms. One for my parents and another for us. All staff were super friendly and nice. They made sure they took good care of us. The staff welcome us to the room and explained where things are. They made sure we won’t have any question. They also were so prompt at helping us. The restaurant and Bar are not just beautiful. The food and drinks were sooooooooo good!!! Not just delicious and tasty, they use ingredients from local community. They bought eggs from local people which made their fried eggs tasted soooooooo good. They made their own yogurt and it was much better than one available in supermarkets. Salad was fresh and good. Their breakfasts were such boil rice, egged in a pan(kai ga ta) were absolutely good. Coffee from their coffee machines unbelievably tasted good for my Seattle standard. (We used to live in Seattle are for 14+ years). I really don’t have any complaint for this place at all and plan to go back and spend more nights there.

Very relaxed and welcoming stay”
Very nice small-scale resort with a personal approach. Rooms are decorated with care. The garden is beautifully landscaped. Staff is friendly and service oriented. No vegetarian dishes on the menu, but the chef prepared a delicious dish on request.

Just wanted being away from chaos and get recharged for my next travel, my plan was only 2 nights but I couldn't stop being lazy in the nestle eco jungle here. I love everything here such a cozy and environmental design. staffs were friendly with authentic service minded. I was honored to meet the owner 2 of them. They shared the ton of ideas and perspectives of things what they are passionate about and how the place would be set for future. I was blow away and got inspired which is beyond my expectations. I would recommend this place for whom love to meet the nature but still get served like 5 star! Thank you to all member there for creating me the memorable holidays! well designed resort!”
The staff are very helpful. What makes this hotel different from other hotels? All staff are willing to serve. I didn't see anyone waiting for a tip. Nice swimming pool, clean and well decorated room. The water in the bathroom was warm and flowing strongly. I didn't try to eat here because of my stay. The restaurant here is being renovated. But overall it's worth the price paid.

Quiet, peaceful, serene environment. Pleasant and attentive staff. Comfortable and clean room. Perfect getaway from the noisy city. Turning down the bed service was a nice personal touch.

We can't commend enough on how nice and polite the staffs are. The receptionists, the maids, and even the guys who drive you around the property are really nice and helpful. We spent two nights here, and couldn't find any fault with our room, except that the TV didn't work for 20 minutes (somehow we got it back to work). We can't say anything about the restaurant because it was closed for renovation. But there were nearby restaurants. We stayed on weekdays, and the room rates were great for the quality of the room! We were there on business so we didn't have time to explore the surrounding area. But if you are looking for a peace and quiet place to stay, this would be it. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice to stay”
We went there for only 1 night but definitely coming back to stay here! The resort is quite clean and stylish, the staffs are super helpful, and the location is very tranquil staying in the wood. Considering coming back to stay with family for 2 nights. But the breakfast is not that impressive, lack of choices and it was not warm when they arrived. Maybe they just opened for 5 months so it's acceptable.

This is one of the best hotel in Suan Pueng. Staff were super attentive and polite. The room was pretty big and clean, but even if you requested for a King sized bed, you will end up with two small beds wrapped together by the bedsheet. The air condition has a little musty odor, but they provided the electric air purifier in the room which helps a little (or maybe we just get used to the smell after a few minutes). Toilet and toiletries were great, the water has earthy/iron smell - which is expectable. Nice decoration, great coffee shop, fantastic services.

The hotel is located among the nature, good fresh air. The bed and pillows are soft and comfort. I stayed there on 1 Dec. The restaurant had been being renovated so they offered room service BF with options. But it was quite cold fast. The hotel is smoking-free. You have to walk down the parking for smokings.

Good for people who want to disconnect with people, mobile connection. I noticed there is no dinner service at the resort and you can't walk to restaurant nearby, you need a car. Well plan and check report before booking.

Good concept but need improvement ”
Constructive comment! 1. I chose this place because I was impressed with their conceptual design. But It's not first impression with not proper escort from reception team. I travel after Government eased COVID-19 measurement and I used to traveled to SG last month, i saw complicated thing during my check in, staff asked for vaccination evidence all guests without any advanced communication but reception team emphasized that guest should get email communication about this. I don't mind to share this evidence. This really needs improvement. 2. There is no mobile connection at all in the hotel area. But report provide WIFI for all guest, I noticed that when I went to restaurant just 5 mins from resort, mobile signal is available. Not sure for this but resort needs to give information in their website as well. 3. No restaurant available during my stay, it's completed yet so you can have coffee and drink and breakfast but you can dine in especially dinner. What I see interesting thing in this place. 1. You will close to nature and peacefully place for long stay. 2. Pool close to room poll view as you see photo in the website if you don't mind roundly noise some hours, it's benefit to access from your room to poll. 3. Decoration is quite nice and likely luxury resort , you will enjoy stay. I would love to come back again if all the constructive were communicated or addressed. For traveler, please update with resort directly for above pointed if you think it's necessary.
