We stayed at the hotel prior to catching a Ha Long Cruise the next morning. We arrived around 8PM. The staff was very nice and welcoming. It honestly seemed like we may have been the only guest staying at the hotel. Not sure if this was due to COVID or due to the fact it was the winter. We didn’t see another guest for the one day we were there. Sam, at the reception desk, was extremely nice and actually provided us our ride to the cruise terminal the next morning. There was a slight misunderstanding with the timeline, but Sam was extremely flexible and made it work! I’d recommend that if you’re taking a cruise, to just stay in Ha Noi and catch a limo shuttle to the boat in the morning, as there’s more to do in Ha Noi, then around the hotel. Atleast when we visited.

Most facilities closed”
The room was lovely with a great view, staff do not speak much English. The hotel was not busy at all (only a few other guests on a very large hotel) most facilities where closed such as spa, karaoke rooms, pool bar. Was disappointing as this was not mentioned on the website. When we went to the floor with the pool all the lights were off and the pool is incredibly cold, but would be a nice area. Far from the city centre as well.

You should stay in the mid week days firstly for a better price, Secondly weekends are full and noisy, a lot of trips tons of kids but it's still a nice place. Near local restaurants to choose.

Lovely rooms and very clean hotel. Great pool, however hotel was not busy this time of year and most of it's facilities were closed such as karaoke rooms, spa, and pool bar. The location is a bit far from the city centre.

The hotel in itself is amazing, great facilities and staff and the rooms are lovely. We got an upgrade to a sea view room and the sunsets from the balcony were beautiful. I would recommend booking this type of room if you can. The location is a little our the way of the main part of Ha Long Bay however we had no problem getting taxis/Grabs to where we needed to go for little cost. It was nice to not walk in the heat to be honest! We dined at the restaurant one evening and the food and drinks were lovely.

The faculties were all very nice. I was especially impressed by the doorman’s help, very quick and professional. I also appreciate how the breakfast management was very attentive, they saw my mother needing help and came right to her for assistance. I would stay again.

From our arrival to our check out this hotel offered th e best service we have ever had. The Duty Manager Tran Duc Anh was extremely helpful, as was the rest of the staff. They went out of their way to to offer help and advice. The rooms were kept spotless and the the dining room offered a superb choice of fare.

The Good: Room was clean and spacious; About 2-3km walk to the city area. The bad: First day, heater didn’t work had to shower with cold water. The hotel has a lot of cicadas, get worse at night. I was charged 35k đồng for a bottle of water I didn’t drink. I would not recommend this place to anyone, there are other cheaper and better alternatives. I would not return to this place. If you happen to book this place, make sure you check that the minibar, heater etc.

Nice hotel and amazing rooms as well as lovely staff. However I can't recommend due to not having any hot water even though I reported the issue and nothing was done. Also for my 3 night stay on the second day the room was not cleaned or turned over.
