The staff was friendly and helpful. They agreed to change the room for us and they helped us to figure out how to use the scooter. Thanks for your kindness. The hotel looks very clean and the room is spacious enough. They have fridge in the room . Toilet is fine. They have free bottle water. It is 15 mins by motorbike away to Chùa Bà. The price is reasonable. However, I think there are a few things the hotel need to improve: 1/ need to check the bed sheets before new guests arrive because we still saw many hairs got stuck on the bed sheets although we knew that they used the cleaned bed sheet. 2/ hot shower didn't work properly 3/ the room is not soundproof and we heard the sound from the toilet of the room next door in the early morning Anyway, I think the hotel is still fine enough for 1-night stay. We can't require like we rent a room in a 5-star hotel.

In dem Hotel hat es sehr nach Rauch gestunken. In unserem Zimmer waren überall so schwarze Flecken und Punkte auf Boden und Wänden, da der Rest des Hotels leer zu sein schien wollten wir gerne das Zimmer wechseln (die Türen zu den anderen Zimmern standen alle auf und man konnte sie sich anschauen). Auf Nachfrage erklärte man uns allerdings dass dies nicht möglich sei, da alle ausgebucht sind. Da man bei Agoda sogar noch alle Kategorien von Zimmern buchen konnte und wir auch nach dem Hinweis darauf nicht wechseln durften fanden wir das doch sehr fraglich. Wir würden nicht nochmal hier her kommen!

Phòng 4 người to, thoáng đãng, tiện đường đi chơi. Thuê xe giá phải chăng. Tuy nhiên máy lạnh bị chảy nước nên không mở lớn được với cả điện thoại trong phòng hư, có chuyện gì phải chạy xuống hỏi.
