Nice place in a quiet area”
Enjoy my stay and hotel. Situated with 5-10 minutes on a bike with almost everything. Staff is super friendly and a smart, always was willing to help. There are small shops with local prices, where you can buy water, coconuts and lot more. Room is nice, pool area pretty is also pretty relaxed place. Highly recommend

Well, the price said it all and we intentionally wanted this because we would move to our honeymoon resort the next day...didn't expect much; owner is the very reception and not very professional in the service and/or manner. You can go here if you know Vietnam and know how to deal with things here. Owner is not bad, quite nice and supportive in guiding us in Vietnamese, we doubt he has any English (my wife is non-Vietnamese). Anyway, bed is ok and good to rest but blanket is a joke and really itchy. The pool seems dirty and poorly maintained (even though it looks good in photos). Showering is quite hard, no water pressure at all.This place is 10' (3 usd) from airport and it's a 5' ride on motorbike before we hit the "hotel-road", 10' to get to Duong Dong's night market and other location. We thought their other rooms (higher price) would be quite better from the look outside, but didn't try their bed sheet, could not tell : )

Location is good for those who will rent scooter and who will visit festival Epizode. The main area for bars and beach is not that close by walking, and getting taxi all time is not that fun. There was a lot of insects n spiders in our room. Low pressure fo water in shower. I think this kind of rooms should cost cheaper, later i moved to other hotel on same street and it was cheaper, cleaner and closer to main road. We wanted to stay longer in that hotel but they didnt give us any discount (while it was lots of discounts for same type of hotels on booking websites). Big plus for beds, i love the matrass which wasnt soft but i had very good sleep!

La personne en charge de l'hôtel se débrouille bien en anglais et est très courtois. Pour les autres employés, ils ne parlent pas du tout l'anglais. La piscine est très bien et les chambres sont très propres. La plage est plus difficile de cet endroit. Mieux vaut prendre un taxi pour se rendre à une belle plage. Toutefois, su vous venez à Phu Quoc pour profiter de la plage, mieux vaut prendre un taxi ou scooter pour se rendre au Sud de l'île pour aller à la Sao Beach. En passant, les scooters sont disponibles à l'hôtel à un prix compétitif des autres endroits.

Bẩn, bừa bộn, ko đáng để ở”
Mình có ở 2 đêm ở bungalow này, chỗ này như bỏ hoang vì ko có ai quét dọn hay lau chùi. Phòng thì ko dc dọn dẹp, nhà tắm ko khoá dc. Khi checkin thì xui mất điện, muốn đi tắm thì hết nước. Ks ko có set up nước uống, có điện thoại bàn nhưng ko có dây mạng. Tối 9:45pm đi chơi thì chủ nói : em ơi, e đi tí về e để xe ngoài đường nhé, h tới h đóng của rồi”. Như sét đánh ngang tai, chưa bao h thấy cái nhà nghỉ hay hotel nào đóng của 10pm. Mình đành bắt taxi đi chơi, khi về thì cổng vẫn mở trong khi chủ nói sẽ khoá. Cảm giác ức chế ko chịu nổi. Ở đây ko có nhân viên. Mình ko bao h ghé lại chỗ này và khuyên mn ko nên ở đây

Mang tiếng resort nhưng ko như mong đợi. Địa điểm cách xa trung tâm (chỉ gần sân bay), gần Bãi Trường (có Sunset Sanato). Phòng ốc nhỏ hẹp, có mùi ẩm mốc, khá dơ (tiếp tân không dọn phòng mỗi ngày), rác khắp nơi ở resort. Hồ bơi cũng không dám tắm, xin thêm chăn và gối cũng không có!

Ko hài lòng cho lắm”
Mình đi vào ngày mưa. Chắc do book trên agoda, thấy cách phục vụ ko nhiệt tình lắm. Đồ ăn thì khá dở và mắc( vì tối hôm đó cúp điện, cơm canh nguội ngắt và hết gas, ko biết làm biếng hâm nóng lại hay hết gas thật). Resort này giống dạng hotel hơn. Chăn mền và phòng hôm mình đi ko sạch sẽ lắm. Mền có mùi như có người nằm rồi, đã yêu cầu đổi nhưng báo lại trời mưa ko có chăn mền đổi. Cho check in sớm 3 tiếng, ko tính thêm phụ phí. Mình chỉ đánh giá 5/10 điểm

Не стоит выбирать этот отель. плохое расположение. Когда приехали (а заехали поздно вечером), то отель не нашёл нашего бронирования и поселили совсем в другой номер другой категории. жили там 2 недели, за это время ни разу не убрали, не меняли белье. плохо говорят по англ, плохой вай фай

Худший отель на острове ”
В первую очередь ужасное обслуживание и в том числе персонал !!Не выполняют не каких обязанностей ,сложно даже найти их на своём рабочем месте и при этом во всем тебя пытаются обмануть и грубят !Во вторых от них не дождёшься уборки в номере ,а если попросишься ,то все самим предаётся делать! Получается в этом отеле полностью одно самообслуживание и кучу всего ужасного все не перечислишь,поэтому не при каких условиях не рассматривайте этот крысятник ,сложно назвать отелем ..
