Great place to stay and good value”
I would say this hotel is at the higher end of the scale for a 3 star, compared to what you'd expect to see in Hanoi. It is well maintained and generally quite clean. Carpets are pleasant for the cold season, but take more effort to maintain (stains can be seen in the carpet so it's probably never washed). When I checked in, receptionist couldn't find my booking (probably not trained to deal with agoda bookings), but it wasn't a problem. Breakfast was average, but fresh and tasty, even if not very appealing overall. Receptionist at checkout was very courteous and made the effort to ask if our stay was pleasant.

Very Happy with the Hotel ”
This Hotel was very good because of a combination of things , clean and well maintained I really don't like rug in room's but that is just my personal opinion most of the staff was very helpful and nice and the location of the Hotel is extremely good. I will definitely return to this hotel in the near future.

Quiet and relaxing stay”
It was a pleasent stay, hotel room is big and clean, comfortable to stay. there is a resturant located on the 2nd floor but varity of food its quite limited. overall still acceptable. setback are that the menu are in vietnamese so have to guess around or check with the english speaking hotel staff about the menu, apparently only the managers are able to speak well in english. Location is quite ok, quiet but yet easy access to supermart, convienient to get stuff.

Not very courteous staff”
At the check in, the staff at the reception wanted to keep the passport with the hotel as a deposit for the stay. When I said no, then they wanted 2 million VND as a refundable deposit. This is the first time I came across this kind of a treatment. Had water leakage in the room and a noisy mini fridge. A late check out fee is charged if the check out time is past by a few minutes. Other things were OK.

We checked in very late at this hotel - about 1am in the morning, and has to leave at 4am, the hotel staff was so nice and that was the best beauty sleep of all time!

Acceptable”
Firstly, there was a blackout in the middle of the night during the first week of staying in the hotel. Secondly, there is not enough variety for all meals. Thirdly, it is good that the laundry is being taken care everyday but do take note that there might be missing/spoilt laundry. All and all, it was quite a good stay since the room are comfortable.

Worst place i have ever stayed.”
the room is old, the air conditioner is so loud that my sister could ny sleep so i must turn off, the toilet so smelly.But the most annoys me was the service attitude of the staff at the restaurant.The way a girl answered me was unprofessional, her behavior and voice was annoying. I tried to ignored it but I couldn't accept when all the staff at the restaurant and one guest there laughed and said very rude things about an foreigner there,i could not hear it so must tell them not to behave badly. Thats very impolite and they are silent. This is not a hotel. It is a motel.Price,room and service are not value with money at all.

長期滞在型の格安ホテル”
畑の中にポツンと１軒建つ、中規模のホテルです。 レセプションは、一応英語が通じます。 周辺に工業団地があり、そこの滞在者用の長期滞在型ホテルになっています。 従って、収納スペースが多くなっています。 設備は、価格なりのメンテナンスらしく、点灯しない電灯などはあります。 朝食ビュッフェは、種類は少ないですが一生懸命さが現れている気がします。 玉子と麺ステーションがあり、いかがですかと明るく案内してくれて気持ちいいですが、オムレツを頼むと目玉焼きが出て来たり、チーズが柔らかすぎて取れないなどの、ご愛敬な部分がみられます。 これは、ホテルの責任ではないと思いますが、ＡＧＯＤＡではデラックスルームにバスタブがあると書かれていますが、バスタブはスイートにしかありません。御注意下さい。
