Great value, friendly, clean hotel.”
Located slightly away from the noisiest part of town, but still walkable from the bus station. Perfect hotel for us for 3 nights (one of us was recovering from illness!) Deluxe room for £12 (c. 330 Dong) was very good value. Rooms were clean, staff were lovely, A/C, fridge and warm shower. Just over the road from the #1 rated veggie restaurant on trip advisor. Wouldn't recommend DBP as a town for more than 1 day, unless like us you have to!

We enjoyed our visit in this hotel. The staff is extremly helpful (booked bus tickets for us), They speak very good English. The rooms are clean und you don't hear the city noise.

New hotel with excellent support”
This was almost a brand new hotel (July 2015) and everything is in good condition. The manager has spent a number of years in Australia so English was no problem. Both he and the reception staff were very patient, understanding and helpful. I'd look forward to staying here should I pass this way again.

As we stayed here during the off peak season, the hotel was not buzzing which was good. Although it was manned by a single person (off peak) it did not worry us as we were given useful info. Thanks for recommending the english speaking guide (nga) who was most knowledgeable. Unfortunately we did not have the time to visit the Vietnamese command post.

Reasonably new hotel, could do better. ”
This hotel was clean and the staff very pleasant. However they don't offer breakfast and it was hard finding good food in this city where very few people speak English. A previous reviewer mentioned a dog barking all night, well the dog is still there and still barking!

Clean and new hotel”
The receptionist speaks and understand English.Away from the main street,it is new and clean.There is a family-run cafe next door that offered coffee and noodles,otherwise the nearest eatery is about 15 mins by walk. I am very pleased that they allowed me to check-out late at 3pm which is what I really need.Thank you! :)

Hard to sell”
Okay the bed was clean and comfy. The bathroom more like cleanish. Staff didn’t speak or understand English and didn’t really seemed to be friendly. Breakfast wasn’t included nor even available. The also seemed empty, including the roof terrace. There was a drinking water tap in the room though and tv.

スタッフがフレンドリー”
値段相応のホテルです。バスターミナルから１０分程度歩きます。食事はないので、町の中心部まで５分程度歩いて行くか、大きな通りの向かいにあるベトナム料理のレストランを利用することになります。1泊でしたが、最上階（９階）の部屋でした。部屋は清潔で、大きなテラスもあり、見晴らしは良いです。ホテルから町の観光をする場合、バイクタクシーを利用すると便利です。ホテルのスタッフが呼んでくれます。ホテルスタッフの英語は流暢で、町の観光、レストランを紹介してくれます。チェックインの際に、パスポートをフロントに預けることになります。他の口コミにもあるように、ホテル近くのベジタリアンレストランはオーナーも料理の味も最高でした。
