It is all good except for the sofa bed and the smell inside the bath room.”

The location is good. Not that far from the beach but it took a while before our shuttle arrived because of many tourists at that time which was a weekend.
There is a certain portion of the sofa bed that is hard and difficult to sleep on plus the smell inside the bathroom. Not the fault of the unit owner because I think the smell comes from the poor drainage system of the condo.

I love the beach”

I like the warm ocean and fine sand although it’s not truly white sand and the pool at the country club is nice. the weather was good during our stay.
the room accommodations were poor. the linens were not changed and were told we have to keep what we got for 3 nights. the room was poorly kept and needed a lot of repairs. the internet Wi-Fi signal is poor. we have to use our own data to connect to a Wi-Fi. we stayed at Carola building and the exterior is poorly maintained with no air condition at the elevator and only inside the room. one of the two beds squeezed when you move so it’s noisy at night.

Family getaway. Place is good but room experience is not.”

The place was serene and quiet. We came for the beach.
For 12,500 PHP room rate in 2 nights, it's honestly not worth it and frustrating. There is so much complaints than likes. We, as family guest, were disappointed. (1) The Aircon sucks. There is no proper ventilation and it's really hot in the room. (2) WiFi is very slow. (3) TV connection keeps knocking off whenever we are watching. (4) Could have gotten a better stove in the room. Whenever we cook, it highs up quickly and the whole room is filled with smoke. Even the kitchen exhaust can't pacify it. (5) Door knob should be fixed. (6) The rainforest shower in the bathroom is not working. (7) The kitchen sink is clogging. (8) We could have been informed earlier before arriving to the property that none of the outlets/restaurants accept cash but credit, debit card or Gcash only. Good thing one of us brought a debit card or else we will have to drive out of the premises to find a place to dine in that accepts cash and it's a lot of inconvenience. We had no issue dining in the property outlets but a heads up could have been helpful.

The owner was very pleasant, and gave very specific instructions. Step by step, and easy to understand!
Not the property, but Pico de Loro in general seemed to smell weird at certain times. Possible due to the timeframe - rainy season is not the best time to go there.

the one bedroom suite that we had was so spacious, clean and fully furnished. everything you need is provided. well maintained unit.
During that time Smart has literally no connection, as well as no wifi connection available in the condo. you have to go to the country club to connect.
